Small, 20 – 30 seat place in the 3rd Arr. 2 person operation, one up front, one in the kitchen. Food was excellent. I had a steak that was cooked rare and flavorful. Wine selection was very good, and service was good as well. They speak enough English to get the message across.

We really enjoyed our dinners here when we went. It’s a quintessential French café on a beautiful corner with ample seating outside. Service was friendly, leisurely(which is to be expected) and the staff is great with English-speakers. The food was great! My husband had short ribs which he said were super flavorful. I had a grilled Salers steak(a kind of French beef) with bernaise sauce and it was FANTASTIC; cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We both had french onion soup and thought it was bland, however. Highly recommend.

Great location for a drink the staff were good fun and they had a conga line going as we were leaving. Great music it’s certainly a nice place to grab a late night drink but it’s also busy pretty much all of the day. We got a cheese platter with some grilled cheese that was amazing!

Went here for breakfast one day and dinner another during our visit from New York. Good was good, service as well, overall it was a great experience and I be sne somewhat endeared to the place(thus two visits within a three day stay in Paris lol) Breakfast: they have an American option and a French one. The American one has a giant egg-only omelette that was a bit greasy but very filling. The croissants were amazing! Regular and chocolate. Dinner: the food wasn’t all that great, I had a bruschetta dish with Aubergine that was filling but not too flavorful, my bf had the steak special which he liked but said was a bit overdone. We really loved the wine and energy if the place. We sat at the bar and had a great raining evening here. The bathrooms could be better maintained though. They have great outdoor seating so if the weather is good, go for it.

Very reasonably priced. Excellent food. A very friendly server for us French-challenged patrons. We arrived for a late lunch around 2 pm on a Monday and got the only empty table, near a window too! We started with a pâté appetizer recommended by our server, and both ordered a lamb dish(See photo) that was the«du jour» menu item. A perfect start to a 2-week visit to Paris.

Such a cute little place. Has the comfortable feel of a neighborhood pub with a small bar area with seating at the bar as well as high tops and a seating area. We got a little booth in the corner which was delightful. Unfortunately we didn’t get there until 10pm and they were out of several main courses(the chicken and the duck which we were looking forward to) and they don’t get fish in until the end of the week because its fresh and wild caught. However, they did have a nice selection of steaks, salads, cheeses, and appetizers. Dad tried the beef ecote with home fries and salad. As we’ve found in many French restaurants, they wouldn’t cook it any more than medium rare which is scary to some Americans(my parents included) but he enjoyed it greatly. I tried the blue salad(bleu cheese, goat cheese, ham/bacon, red onion, tomatoes, lettuce and a poached egg on top served with a light vinaigrette) which was delicious. Probably the least healthy salad I’ve had in a while! But it was particularly great accompanied by a complimentary French baguette. My mother and sister tried the chèvre salad(Brie on toast, green apple walnuts, tomatoes, and lettuce also with a light dressing) which tasted as good as it looked. I wish I took a picture! They had a limited beer selection(just kourenbourg and 1664) — Dad and I tried both, mm. However they had a decent amount of wines and liqueurs. Enough to find something you like but I wouldn’t go there for it. The prices were great. The small(25cl) beers were only 3.5−4e and the bottles of wine were very reasonable as well(20−30e for most). The main courses were in the teens and salads 10e and change. Additionally, the server, a single waitress, covered the entire place but was absolutely great. The restaurant only had a menu in French but she was so accommodating and went over all of the apps and mains with us in English. She apologized many times about not having many of the mains because it was so late at night. I wish I had been able to try some of them or come back but unfortunately we are leaving Paris tomorrow.
