L’Aventure A Pieds

I’m head over heels (pun intended) for this super classic shoe store. The owner is a real doll who has such a soft, affable demeanor with kids that you not only want to throw him your money, but your kids seem to want to too.
Almost every single pair of shoes that my toddler owns has been bought here — from his first pair of Primigi ankle booties to support him during his first steps to red Aigle rain boots during the dreadful showery months to his latest pair of sandals for summer.
The stylistic choices may seem a bit old school, but the quality of the brands is so impeccable that you never have an issue with your child complaining about comfort. And the owner is so well informed that he can really direct you to the pair that is perfect for your kid’s stage of development.
I also love that he measures the feet each time and gives out balloons to his little customers that makes the experience super pleasant for everyone involved.
