Hôtel du Petit Moulin

Loved it. Would stay again. Also if you can find it, go to the Marche des infants rouges for a bite to eat. Be sure to stop at Le Stand for a cookie and café.

I find all international chains dead-​boring, they are the same all over the world. Zero personality.
If I decide to spend a weekend at a nice hotel I normally try to get something original.
Le Petit Moulin is one of these. Each room has a theme and is decorated individually.
It’s a little bit expensive considering that they don’t have a pool and other facilities that one normally finds at hotels in the same price category. Still, due to its personality, its location bang in the Marais, and its unique style I think that Petit Moulin is a very good choice.

Stayed for business, will return (fate willing and airline miles available) for pleasure. Comfortable bed, glorious shower, pleasant staff and safe location convenient to metro and several shops and restaurants. I felt comfortable as a single American woman walking back and forth after dark, and even managed to make some friends by opening the first floor windows. (Curtains and windows are solid enough to block out most passing noise if you’re less adventurous, and there is just one room on the first floor.)
My only regret (other than indulging in the pricey minibar to cap my last night) is not getting to see more of the hotel décor on other floors.
Reasonably priced for the quality, special in a way that makes you feel you’re in Paris and not some anonymous Sofitel, safe enough for single travelers and large enough for two (compared to other Paris hotels I’ve used). Why look elsewhere?

Charming, GORGEOUSLY designed rooms. Location is awesome– right in Marais surrounded by all the shops. I stayed in the room behind the reception desk, which was generously sized (despite the furniture occupying 90% of the space) with an even more generously sized bathroom. Problem was, this is a tiny boutique hotel so you don’t get much privacy. One step out and you are in the lobby, and you hear everything.
As a caution to drivers: their parking lot is a block away and incredibly tight. Despite our strategic efforts, my boyfriend and I still gashed our car trying to fit down the ramp, and the car is a coupe – not some van!

Tripadvisor a été ma principale source d’information pour les hôtels à l’étranger depuis Unilocal n’existait pas. Mais, maintenant qu’il fait et l’Hôtel du Petite Moulin est arrivé comme le meilleur hôtel sur Paris Unilocal?Avec la situation dans le Marais, dans une rue caché, à proximité de nombreuses boulangeries (Fougasse) et parfumerie (Etat Libre d’Orange), j’ai eu beaucoup à faire et à explorer sur mon rapide voyage de 4 jours. Bien que la pluie empêché d’être très calme, il est stressant de sauter flaques d’eau et porter un parapluie toute la semaine! L’hôtel a fourni ces parapluies belle et la salle était à l’intérieur chaleureux et confortable. Salle 302 avait magnifiques murs de cuir vert et un décor de velours. Tres magnifique.
Malheureusement, la barre est toujours mort, donc nous n’avons jamais été en mesure de parler à d’autres clients ‘hip’.

Dans le cœur du Haut Maris, on se repose au Petit Moulin, installé dans une ancienne boulangerie. L’hôtel a entièrement été designé par Christian Lacroix et chacune des chambres lui ressemble. Idéal pour les couples qui ont envie de se faire plaisir tout en né se ruinant pas. Le quartier est en plus très agréable, beaucoup de belles boutiques et de bons restaurants.

Magnifique hôtel abritait la plus ancienne boulangerie de Paris a été entièrement rénové.
Sa fait 3 fois que j’y vais avec ma tata et mes copines les chambres sont zen et design, une partie du Marais refléte dans ls chambres. les salle de bains à l’ancienne, rustique .
En dehors ds chambres on peut trouver un bar, massage en chambre sur réservation, fax à la réception et service de photocopies etc.
Bref Un charmant hôtel pour un séjour original dans la capitale.

Je viens pour la 3ème fois au Petit Moulin et avec toujours autant de plaisir. Généralement, je recherché de nouveaux endroits quand je séjourne à Paris mais depuis que j’ai découvert cet hôtel, je né m’en lasse pas. Découvrir une nouvelle chambre à chaque fois, est un réel enchantement. On peut passer d’un univers contemporain à un univers totalement baroque avec de belles hauteurs sous plafond et de superbes poutres. De tels contrastes dans un même hôtel, c’est totalement dépaysant!
L’accueil y est très chaleureux et personnalisé et les petits conseils sont précieux. Atmosphère unique et magique garantie! Le quartier du Marais vous charmera également, très typique et animé.

Tres Bien! What a gem! Tucked away down a quiet street in the fashionable area of Le Marais stands this funky yet chic boutique hotel. Quite literally in whiffing distance of many sumptuous cafes and patisseries it’s also excellently located for all the usual tourist haunts and in strolling distance to the weekend markets. All 17 rooms are individually appointed and designed by Christian Lacroix (ooh la la) so expect a whole load of resplendent colour and flamboyant styling (sunglasses optional). Needless to say our executive room didn’t disappoint. Chic (and clean!) and unusually spacious for a Parisian hotel room with a super comfy bed, and a surprisingly large bathroom (ermand did I mention how chic it is!?)
The concierge was everything you would want one to be. Excellent knowledge of the area — shopping, restaurants, clothes boutiques etc. 10 out of 10 for the tip off on
cocktail bar down the road, they know who’s hot (and most importantly who’s not).
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because 1. There was no stand up shower, and 2. the lighting was a bit poor (us girls need good lighting when putting our face on for a night out!)
However great value (roughly 190 euros for an executive room), elegant and peaceful it was perfect for our romantic weekend away, I have no doubt I will be staying again.

Tout dans la déco
Ce petit hôtel a tout pour plaire excepté le service des plus alléatoires. La déco, de l’entrée à la chambre en passant par la salle de bain est très réussi, pas surfait. Malgrès les efforts de certains côté service, c’est malheureusement catastrophique. Emplacement perdu dans les petites rues du Marais, pas toujours pratique, mais plusieurs très bon restaurant à proximité.

Very original
The standard of service is unfortunately not very consistant, but full of goodwill. The loby is great, from the outside you think you are going into a boulangerie, and taxi drivers do not always know where to go. The rooms (I have tried 3 diferent ones) are all great, very different and most original. Very confortable hotel in a lovely part of the Marais
