Purchase some very expensive items from this location which they delivered damaged to the Mandarin Oriental and then tried to blame it on the hotel staff even though they admitted that they had used an alternative delivery service! I ended up wasting several hours they’re trying to get them to take the items back or at least replace them. I will not ever buy anything again from Gucci!

Two level boutique that is much smaller than some of the other bigger-​box branches (like the other on Saint Honoré or the flagship on the Champs-​Élysées). The result is a more pleasant, low key shopping experience that comes at the price of a little less variety but nonetheless a well-​curated spread of men’s shoes.
