Lage in Montmartre super.

GOOD: Majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was over an hour late and we almost missed our flight. However a reception named«Hanafi» was very helpful, he offered us to use his cell phone so we can call to track where the bus were. He was also very polite and greets everyone in and out. BAD: First, the hotel is located right above from two pubs which doesn’t close until 2am and people don’t leave until maybe 3am. The hotel itself also does not have any air conditioner so with the window open, you really hear EVERYTHING all night long… wifi is slow and inconsistent(don’t rely on it, any other places have better wifi than this hotel!) Second of all, I have to warn you all of one of the staff and his name is «„GREGORY“». He is the ruddiest staff I have ever seen in my life! I honestly don’t know how he got this job and I feel so sorry that the hotel has a staff like him… if you get a chance to meet him you will for sure give this hotel a 1 star! Once the manager is back from vacation I will file a compliant on him. **He worked mostly on all night shifts. Day 1: We asked him nicely when all the bar are going to closed. He answered with an attitude; «You know you are in the Moulin area right??»(We weren’t even trying to compliant about the noise, we just wanted to know when it will be closed so we might go for a drink ourselves!) Then we asked for our room key, he gave us a key for another room… that really makes me wonder how safe this place is… Day 2: We asked him if he can guide us to use the phone to call the airport service to confirms our reservation. He answered with an attitude. NO, I can call a Taxi but you can’t use the phone!(Again he was NOT answering our questions!) Day 3: This is the last night we were in Paris and also the worse night ever dealing with him. We have hired a make up artist for our wedding photo shoot on our last day in Paris which the artist was coming by at 4am to start doing my makeup and hair so we can start shooting when the sunrise. When my artist and her French boyfriend arrived(the boyfriend only came with her to keep her company since it was still late at night), he told them that they can’t come in it’s passed the visitor time. Okay this was our mistake that we didn’t ask ahead of time but main point was his ATTITUDE towards everyone! He told the artist to step back the line otherwise he would call the POLICE on them and treating them like they were going to rob the hotel. He also lie that he is the owner of the hotel and he can take kick us out… Then when my husband ask when are our alternatives in English if the artist can’t get in at this time, he answered«What the FU*K» in French which the artist and the boyfriend clearly heard him. Even my French makeup artist has been doing this for years have never seen this happened when she arrives to other hotels… Obviously we have no where to do my makeup and hair in the morning and totally missed the sunrise. When we left the key to him he was taking it real slow on purpose and typing something in the computer about what happened earlier but it was unnecessary to do that in front of us when we left the key. He knows that the taxi is waiting for us outside and he purposely wants us to miss it.
