We just returned from a four night stay at the Hotel Oasis. We found the Oasis to be a lovely hotel we looked forward to returning to at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The room was very clean, with nice opening windows to the courtyard. We were in a double superior room I believe, which gave us enough space for our bags. I would definitely recommend going for the double superior, as some of the other rooms were quite small. Staff were very kind, helpful and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was pretty normal for a hotel breakfast, and if you wanted something more, there are a couple bakeries within short walk of the hotel. There are also a local Italian/Pizza restaurant right outside the hotel, and which was lovely and affordable. The only thing I would possibly mention is the neighborhood is a little mixed, but we never felt unsafe. The hotel itself is off the road with a secure gate locked at night(opened by the 24 hour front desk). The real highlight however is the courtyard, truly a lovely oasis in busy Nice and a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or some lunch. The hotel even sells wine and beer from the front desk to enjoy in the courtyard. If we make a return to Nice we will defiantly stay at the Hotel Oasis again.

So British, and so sweet ! God save the Queen !
