This hotel conveniently located near the train station and the World Trade Centre, is so typical of many Novotel properties. Stuck in the 90’s bland décor and furnishings and rooms smell with cigarette smoke. Yet the restaurant and bar are quite the opposite. Just goes to show where the priorities are.
For North Americans reading this review, the quality of the rooms and beds are like a Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn, but at EUR 170 a night (USD 220)!
If you have to attend a conference at the WTC some time between September and March, then the convenience of the hotel beats having to bear the rain and/or cold during that time of year.
Otherwise, pass.

Accès relativement facile, en car ou en voiture, parking payant !!
Bonne indication, mais pas précise pour les retard dans mon cas, 20 min de retard au lieu de 5. Alors attention !

Proche du centre des congrès
Idéal pour un déplacement professionnel à la recherché de facilité. Parking, personnel, qualité du service, propreté, proximité du centre de congrès tout est fait pour vous satisfaire. En revanche la salle de bain n’était pas digne d’un tel hôtel avec une robinetterie délabrée. On regrettera également un coût un peu trop élevé et le bruit qui a un peu gâché ma nuit.

J’ai trouvé que le Novotel grenoble est un très bon hôtel, tout à fait conforme aux «normes» Novotel: moderne, propre. La chambre était super avec une très jolie vue, nous étions au 8eme étage, le service parfait, la salle de bain très propre, la déco moderne, la TV ecran plat pas mal aussi ! bref un endroit sympa pour y passer une nuit.
