Hands down one of my favorite pubs in Helsinki. The Czechs may have horrible taste in hairdos(watch ice-hockey then you’ll get it), but when it comes to their beers, these guys know what they’re doing. Primator Weizen takes the prize in my opinion, but Budvar and Holba are pretty kick-ass too! Anyways this goes much deeper than beer. Hádanka is masculine, rugged and simple, but somehow still manages to give off this really cozy and intimate vibe. It’s like when a straight guy looks at Hugh Jackman and thinks to himself«yeah he’s a dude and that’s totally not my cup of tea, but if I was a chick I’d totally tap that». Ok, that was a horrible example, but what I’m trying to say is that you will like this place even if pubs aren’t really your thing. It’s not the most central location, but Töölö has a nice bar scene and the people here aren’t as smug as the ones in the center.
