I’m becoming more and more disappointed that I ordered a new free-​standing range from here. I placed an online order. The order has been delayed — which is not their fault. However, I need to keep calling them to get updates on the order status. I don’t recall seeing anywhere on the website that the appliance I ordered was a Special Order which would’ve influenced my decision of where to buy. And when I call, their customer service reps are borderline rude. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company. Hopefully by the end of this journey, I’ll have changed my mind for the better.

John Proce was most helpful in finding a company to custom produce a trim kit for our new cooktop, in suggesting the Pro Appliance Installation folks to install it and then in helping us select and purchase an oven and microwave to complete our kitchen. John always returned calls promptly and answered all our naïve questions about our appliances. Great job!
