Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Suites

Stayed here while in town for a 100% RAW Powerlifting event that was being held at the hotel.
Room had a fridge and microwave, the room was clean, and the a/​c controls worked to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Basically, everything I needed to have a comfortable stay.
Staff also seemed friendly, and the group rate was good. Good venue as well for the event.

The building appears to be relatively new and impressive, but there are two major deficiencies: first, the receptionist at check-​in never smiled, said welcome, or thanked me.
She seemed to be annoyed that I was checking in. Second, and this is huge for me, there was virtually NO WiFi in the room. The speed was about as it was two decades ago with dial-​up. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was slightly above normal.

A nice stop on our road trip with the dog. They are pet friendly, but charge a pet fee. The hotel was clean, offered a fridge and other amenities. Towels were plentiful and the shower was very good with an adjustable shower head. It’s got an IHOP next door, and I love IHOP late at night. We arrived at 2:15, headed to a quiznos for lunch, and then were able to make it to Monticello for the 3:30 tour.
The pool looked really good. The service was friendly. The wifi was good.

My friends and I were here for an event. I just got the standard room but my friends got a Jacuzzi suite. We were all very happy with our stay here and looking forward to our next one.
So clean, very courteous staff and extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
The views of the Blue Ridge were gorgeous.
You know what’s even more awesome? An equally clean and courteous IHOP within waddling distance, that’s what. How can you beat that?

Not bad… I came down yesterday to work with a local FFL and need to go back again this morning. They were booked except for suites and let me have a suite at the regular room price.
They give a military discount — thank you!!!
Extremely convenient to 64.
A good sized indoor pool and hot tub — although the water looked cloudy.
Breakfast was included and pretty good. You have a choice old scrambled eggs and French toast. Sausage links. Cereals. Included with the room… Neat and clean.
Has free wifi.
I got in pretty late. The night staff was friendly and helpful.
The only less than positive is that all the pillows on the bed were thick and hard. I woke up with a stiff neck.
All said, it’s been a very positive experience. Yes — I will stay here again if I come back to Fluvanna.

This is a fairly new hotel close to Charlottesville VA. Price is right rooms are clean. New Subway, Lowes, IHOP, Verzionwireless, and Walmart across the street. McDonalds down the road… Good value.
