We ate here on Jan. 28th at 7:30pm. What a great experience. From the appetizers to the entrees, the food and the service was excellent. A great little Indian restaurant in Zephyrhills, proves you don’t have to go to the big city to get a good meal! Would recommend to anyone. Lynn P.

The service is great. The entrees are terrific, anything freshly made. The place is not busy. We really loved the Palak and the Tikka Marsala. The breads were very stale, which was quite disappointing. I’ll go back but I’ll see if I can find their busiest night and go again, hoping they freshly make poppadom and naan if there is a crowd.

Awesome Awesome !!!
Never had Indian food before, explained to the owner my likes and dislikes and put it totally in his hands and was AMAZED !!!
Took 6 of my friends there and they too were amazed !!!
If you have a cheap buffet mentality as do most of the populace of zephyrhills
don’t go here !
But if you want to tantalize your discriminating palate then be prepared for a culinary treat :-)

A jewel hidden in Zephyrhills. Cool atmosphere in a small building. Excellent tandoori chicken, my regret is Malai Kofta was removed from the menu! Soooo good.

Steve was very informative & a pleasure to talk with. Beautiful décor that we learned was all imported to furnish the restaurant as if it where in their homeland. The food was fantastic and plenty of it! Will definitely be one of my new regular places to eat.

Today was our first time here, we were greeted right away very nice man named Steven the restaurant is bigger than it looks and it absolutely beautiful in there, food was super, super good I had the chicken curry my hubby had beef Vanderloo, the chips and dips we got we incredible melt in mouth wake your taste buds up, the garlic bread was to die for, it’s really good food, it’s very filling, it’s served in a way that you can share your food with everyone at the table or keep it to yourself, it’s nice, Steve was an excellent host /​server he was great at answering our questions, he kept our cups full and made us feel very welcomed, will be going back again for sure, we heard the buffet on Sunday might not be big but extremely good food,

I walked out.
After this restaurant changed hands things went down hill drastically. The man wears the same green their and red shirt every single day. There is no attention to service. The lunch buffet has been indefinitely suspended but still heavily advertised after having to order off menu my chicken tikka which is listed on menu as chunks of white breast meat came out with something resembling drum meat and cartilage. The rice served was literally foul. Rotting no dominantly in the bottom of the rice cooker for one too many days, it smelled like rancid puke. Before my next entrée arrived I put down a $ 20 for services rendered and literally ran out of the restaurant. So sad there was so much potential and it was such an awesome option for a brief period. this place opens and closes at different intervals, cooks can be seen out front on break smoking ciggys. :(help wanted sign in window also a red flag.

My husband and I live in San Antonio Fl and in the past we had to drive to Tampa for Indian food. Today I checked Unilocal for Indian food and found this new restaurant in Zephyrhills. The food was WONDERFUL. They need more customers!!! We were the only people there-​hurry give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. What a find! It so good to see this small town has global food.

Visited Friday 6÷19÷2015 this is the worst food I have ever had, they did not have most of the items on the menu, and what we ordered was not nice at all, we tried to eat it but it was so bad, I think the other reviews on here must be talking of another Indian restaurant because this was not good.

Being an avid Indian cusine enthusiast I couldn’t wait to give Mahoor a try. I’m thrilled to say the food and service surpassed my wildest expectations. The samosas were freshly made and robust with flavor. My vegatable biryani lunch was large enough for leftovers to be taken home and enjoyed the following day. Mahoor is a hidden gem in Zephyrhills, & by far the best Indian cusine for miles around. Im sure I’ll become a regular here.

Not really the town you would expect to find a great Indian restaurant, but figured I’d give it a shot.
I’m picky about Indian food, and all I can say is WOW it’s good!
The Naan with peach chutney was amazing.
The Lamb Korma was perfect. Perfect amount of spice (too many Indian restaurant set your mouth on fire and you can’t enjoy the taste). Not too much, not too little.
The rice and lamb was perfectly cooked. Very authentic.
The décor is very nice (those chairs in the front are impressive) and staff very friendly. Service was also very quick.
I’m relocating to Tampa, and might actually have to make the drive from there a few times to come back. Very impressive!
I would definitely recommend this place, even if it’s a bit of a drive. It’s worth it.

If you’re new to Indian food or maybe a little intimidate, don’t be. This place is a real amazing place to eat and you shouldn’t hesitate to stop by. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Try the Tandoori chicken if you are into grilled chicken. My Mother was new to this type of food and this was something I started her off with. Needless to say, she loves it and has now branched out to try other dishes. Just give this place a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

Best restaurant in Zephyrhills!
The service is outstanding and the food divine. They spice their curry hot, so spicy means spicy — yum!
A large selection of vegetarian options as well. Highly recommend you give it a try. My fiancé who doesn’t normally like Indian even found something to enjoy.

Great Indian cuisine, best Tikka Masala and Curry I have had anywhere. Garlic Nan was fantastic. Next time well try the Vindaloo. Service friendly and attentive. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend this to anyone in the area and in the mood for excellent Indian food.

Great food! Mint Chutney was delicious. Service was friendly. Water infused with fruit and veggies makes it all the more fresh. Lamb dishes at the table were good. If ordering a dish with cream sauce try it more on the spicy side to make it even more awesome! My mom ordered the tandoori shrimp and it was to die for. Nan was excellent.
