Dilts came out and diagnosed the problem with my garage door in under 10 minutes. They then fixed it, avoiding me having to buy a new unit as 2 other less trustworthy companies wanted me to do. I would definitely work with them again. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they missed an appointment we had set up and didn’t get back to us until a week later. However, I am happy to forgive this kind of error, as opposed to a company like Precision Garage doors, who tried to convince my wife that a whole new system was necessary (for $ 660).
Thank you Dilts for being a company I can trust.
