Tim Hortons

We had to leave without being served. The place was swarming with employees who were goofing off with each other and who totally ignored us, the potential customer. Stood for 5 minutes and didn’t even get greeted. Then the cashier walked away to who knows where, so we left. Disappointing as usually the service at any Tim Horton’s is stellar.

I love Tim Horton’s. It got me through many a cold winter’s night in the past.
Being a chain, they should all pretty much be about the same. As far as the quality of the food, that is the case. The food at this location in Zanesville tastes exactly like every other Tim Horton’s out there. The selection wasn’t great when I went in, but being the afternoon that is probably typical. Normally I’ve only gone into Tim Hortons in the morning or late night.
The problem here is the service. Fast food service isn’t generally the best, but every other Tim Horton’s I’ve been to knows the difference between doughnuts and Timbits. I asked for some Timbits for the road and was given a doughnut. Yes, they made things right and let me keep the doughnut for free, but it’s still a bit of an odd mistake. They also made one other mistake with my order, which is why I’m giving the low rating.
Still, if you’re in Zanesville and need a doughnut fix, this is probably the place to go. Just make sure that they get your order right, otherwise you’re going to end up with free food.
