Absolutely delicious! Sandwiches were much bigger than I had anticipated which isn’t a bad thing! I got to eat the other half of my sandwich later in the day, thanks to the staff wrapping it up for me to go. After wanting to try this spot for months I invited some friends to join me and we were all very pleased with the service and the food. Unlimited fresh iced tea, fresh hot coffee that I was told was delicious as well.

Our little family decided to enjoy our brunch here and were extremely satisfied with our decision! We came in an loved the relaxing atmosphere, there were menus hanging on the wall that we were able to pick up and bring to a table of our choice. We immediately saw that they had a great amount of veggie options available on the menu. After we figured out what we were eating I went to the counter to order and there was a nice little bell to notify the employees(which also attracted my 3 yr old) A nice girl came out to take our order and so our journey began… Be prepared because we ordered quite a lot of food considering that there were two and a half of us! I quickly grabbed the delicious 1white chocolate macadamia nut cookie sitting on the counter as well as an 2orange juice in the little fridge. And continued my order: 3 breakfast burrito with mushroom — this was the least liked of the dishes. Hubby thought it was a bit plain compared to most breakfast burritos 4 strawberry waffle — pretty tasty, kinda wished they would have had a little bit more of the strawberries but delicious nontheless! 5 the melt with pasta salad — the best dish on the table hands down! Their pesto is amazing! Loved everything about this sandwich! 6 side of pasta salad — my daughter and hubby liked it, I wanted there to be a bit more variety of veggies mixed in instead of just pasta and a tad bit of shredded carrots. 7 kids quesadilla — again a pretty tasty meal, it was grilled just like the sandwiches and was perfect for my little one. 8 kids hot chocolate — seriously the best hot chocolate my hubby and I have ever tasted! My daughter really monitored how much we were allowed to sip 9 Mayan tea — the waitress was very sweet an explained how to use the French press and said if I messed it up to let her know and shed make another batch for me(but luckily I’ve used a French press more than 1000 times) it was a bit too sweet at first so I asked for some extra hot water to water it down and it immediately noticed how great it was, plus it’s really good for you!!! ice tea — not the typical bitter ice tea that you get in Texas. This was thirst quenching and had a cute little refill table. Besides the burrito being flavorless we noticed that the radio was playing a Christian talk/radio station which was a bit uncomfortable but at least we didn’t notice until halfway through our meal. All in all this is definitely a place you need to check out!

Very nice local café for breakfast and lunch. Just what we needed before heading out. Tasty food. And free coffee for teachers on Sundays. Would recommend for anyone looking for local, not chain, eats.

Coffee was great! Tasted the Organic & Fair Trade Peru and bought a whole bag(they ground it for me!). Also had a coconut cream latte that was delicious! We had the burritos for breakfast. They were simple but good! Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff! I will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Yuma!

Love the press! Delicious fresh sandwiches and the place is squeaky clean unlike most places here in yuma.

I really like this place. They bake their own breads and prepare fresh soups daily as well as their pastries and other items. The Mayan tea is really good with a cocoa flavor that comes in a french press(get the large). The sandwiches are fresh, hot and delicious. The sides are really good, although I’d prefer a bit larger portion on my pasta salad as a side than 8 noodles(the flavor was good though). I haven’t had their coffee yet, but I have yet to be impressed with this place.

Keep coming for the mocha frappes which I will never tire of. They are made with espresso not coffee like other places. They are so smooth and never icy. The sandwiches are all so unique its hard to say which is a favorite but I have not had a bad experience yet. The staff is hard working and so friendly and the space is truly quaint like your own living space. Love this place.

We eat out for lunch everyday and The Press is a must go to for us at least once a week. It is by far one of the best places to get a fresh made sandwich in Yuma. We check their daily specials at the beginning of every week to plan out the days we are going to The Press. The staff is great and the atmosphere is comfortable. Try the Yuman sandwich, it’s my favorite!

I am a big sandwich fan and I’m always in search of the best. I’ve had some of the best like Capriottis, Hungry Bear and Gaglione Bros. This sandwich shop easily competes with them. I’ve been here twice in a week and I’ve tried The Yuman and The Italian. They are both delicious but I would give the slight edge to the Italian. I like a little spicy so that’s why. The place is very clean and well kept. The service is top notch and the sandwich came out pretty quick. I am definitely a fan and urge you to try them. I can’t wait to go back and try a new sandwich.

Nice! Thanks to Unilocal we have found some great places to easy in yuma add we drive between Phoenix and San Diego. This time we were too early for lunch places to be open and found this place. Nice fresh pannini. Not greasy or heavy. Mine had brie and apple. Awesome. Simple location. Great staff

We ordered the Alpha Bravo(fresh apple, brie cheese, turkey, cranberry mayo and crisp lettuce) and the Yuman(turkey, bacon, fresh avocado, pepper jack cheese, red onion, crisp lettuce and avocado dressing). The Alpha Bravo had thin sliced turkey perfectly cooked and smothered in Brie and the cranberry mayo. I would’ve liked if this sandwich had craisins(or fresh cranberries) and sliced pecans to make it more Thanksgiving-y. Overall it was tasty and a good choice for someone who wants something simple. The Yuman was the perfect combination of everything that’s right in this world. I can’t really say much more to describe how awesome this sandwich is. For sides we got the fresh fruit which were sliced pears and a pasta salad, nothing fancy. Complimentary water in the back and bottomless coffee for around $ 3— it came in a few different flavors and you get to choose your mug from what looked like their house assortment! Very home-y atmosphere and definitely misplaced here in Yuma. I felt like I was in San Diego… And THAT is probably the biggest compliment of all.

Good bread & fresh ingredients. I had the Boomer Dip(not sure why it’s called that). It was tasty & didn’t need the vinaigrette that was on the side. Brought dressing home to try later. Nice big commercial sign near street, but building lacks any indication that it is connected. Seems to be a success though, so expect the décor will be on the to do list. Iced tea was fresh and full-bodied, but logistical nightmare. Self-serve in tiny glass requires returning to fetch ice from cashier taking orders & spigot that instead of pull to serve is turn on/off. Left a small river in my wake that I only discovered after observing a major cleanup in progress. Sorry!

The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. The food was pretty good. The customer service was very attentive. I ordered the boomer press with chicken. It smelled so good I couldn’t wait to get home. I was impressed with the flavors as well as the pasta salad that came with. You get a lot of food for your money. If you are looking for something different while in time this is the place.

Ordered the Breakfast Sandwich with mushrooms, topped with egg and cheddar cheese, a great cup of coffee to wash it down and an oatmeal cookie to seal the deal.

I tried the soup of the day. I am very picky when it comes to soups. Their french onion soup was some of the best I have ever had. I look forward to trying different ones. I recommend getting it in a bread bowl.

Excellent service and very good breakfast. The cook brought a tray of muffins out to give away because she said they would not sell them since they were too brown on the edges. It was a delicious blueberry muffin and was not even cooked too much. Their lunch menu looks better than breakfast even though the breakfast burrito(I had mushroom) was very good. My boyfriend had a breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito and the sandwich was on focaccia bread which was excellent. The coffee is awesome. I will be back soon to have lunch here.

A panini place in Yuma. The idea intrigued me so I tried it out. The place is nicely renovated with decorative coffee sacks on the walls. They have a nice set up for coffee but only canned sodas. They do have fresh brewed iced tea. The staff is very friendly and will offer suggestions and answer questions. The Inside was clean and neat with new furniture. The bathroom was spotless. The two sandwiches we had were a The Yuman and The Syracuse. They both come on a good sized grilled focaccia bread with assorted herbs on top with a light coat of oil. A sandwich like this has the propensity to be dry but the people here figured that out and make numerous homemade sauces. The avocado sauce is wonderful on the turkey and bacon filled Yuman. The Yuman is served with romaine lettuce on the side and some avocado. I wish the put more avocado and the lettuce in the sandwich. The Syracuse has honey mustard with ham and dill and was tasty. The sandwiches are tasty and at $ 7.95 a good deal. They also have a soup and sandwich combo that interests me. I would say try to get unique sandwiches with the homemade sauce. I have my eye on the Alpha Bravo next time.

Located in former Hostess Bakery outlet. Plenty of parking. Décor is a bit sparse. Had the Alpha Bravo with pasta salad. Sandwich was huge and very tasty. Pasta salad was mediocre. Had the same from any grocery store deli in town. Call ahead or you will be waiting a bit. Well worth the price and I will be back(but will get chips instead).
