Lucky to get 1 star! I cannot believe I was schooled on placing an order and told she was glad I ordered ONLY 2 drinks because I wanted them rung separately for my stars! She stated she «had a line «and was busy!!! Name of the game!!! I won’t be back!

Worst service. Walked in and 6 employees ignoring guests. Never seen this kind of attitude. I won’t be back. I will continue to go to the 16th street and pacific avenue location.

Coffee Catastrophe: Normally I don’t get looked at strange when I order a Mocha Frappuccino Light — a standard drink on the menu, but today at this Starbucks, the girl on register was incredibly confused. They ended up having to make my drink (a NORMAL drink — not even crazy with different syrups or sweetener or anything) three times! Insanity. The barista was also incredibly rude and didn’t offer a free drink coupon like the company typically requires for such problematic issues. Hands down the WORST Starbucks in Yuma. Regularly slow, rude baristas and cashiers, and drinks made wrong.

Wanted to buy a Verismo that was on special and got so frustrated that I just purchased it on the phone from my regular Starbucks.

It’s a Starbucks, so default good. My mom loves the place, but as I am not such a big fan of coffee, I order tea if I ever go. The sweetened black tea is also ok, and similar to the mocha fraps, I have to wonder how much sugar I just consumed. But it is tasty, so Yay short term gratification and long term diabetes!

Coffee is good, but wow… the attitudes of the baristas. I’ve never had so many eye rolls in the drive thru. Not the first issue I’ve had at this place.

One of my favorite Sbucks I’ve been to yet. Friendly baristas, great service, and depending on when I need to run errands before work, great drinks.
One star missing for the lines that tend to happen-​somewhere in the mix my name has over 10 different spelling variations here… better then just writing another name?

The baristas at this one are SO nice, and even when the drive-​thru line is crazy looking it never takes all that long to get your stuff. Plus they are willing to make me unusual concoctions, and that is always a plus.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The baristas are always smiling and make my drinks flawlessly. It’s also a great place to just have a seat and relax a little.

Right around 5pm a venti IV drip sounds pretty good but if your nurse won’t accommodate you, stop by Starbucks and get your fix. You can drive through with drink in hand in under 3 min. Cold days, I enjoy Café Misto with Spearmint or Coconut. Next trip will be both ;) ill let you know then. When things are running a little hot ask for a Shaken black Iced tea lemonade half raspberry half coconut. You can thank me later ;)
