I’ve got to say that if you need your AC serviced or replaced. I would not trust this company. The Owner/​Manager Jesus was a complete liar as to what services/​quality to be provided. He promised a used AC unit that was no more than 5 years old. Then charged me, and installed an AC unit that was 12 years old. When I called to confront Jesus, he changed his story, and said that he never promised a 5 year or newer AC Unit. After about three days of arguing, and more problems due to the old AC unit. I called Air Central, and they bought the old AC that Jesus didn’t want to take as a return, paid me back what I bought it for and Installed a new AC. Then Air Central found the original problem that was overlooked by Rapid Air, and their staff.
I wouldn’t call Rapid Air for them to even change a filter. They are very un-​professional, and dishonest. It was an awful time dealing with them. So much so that I think their business license should be revoked.
