Terrible Customer Service! I needed new tires on my Dually Truck. I purchased a total of six (6) tires totaling $ 2,345.00. I waited two (2) hours to get the tires on properly. As soon as I hit the interstate I realized there was something wrong. I could not keep the vehicle under control at 60 MPH. It felt like I was on Ice. My tail end was going side to side. I returned to the tire shop only find out I would have to have my old tires put back on, but I will have to wait another tow (2) hours. I attempted to talk with the manager and he was worthless. SO here I sit in the waiting room waiting for my old tires to be reinstalled. My sales person was nice and I truly he felt bad about this, but his hands are tied. Not much he can do. What a waste of time! I am glad they did not treat Eileen this way! An update, It is three hours later and here I sit. It is simple retaliation for returning these tires. I wish I could give them negative stars!

I got a flat tire while driving through Yuma. I called these guys up and someone drove out to where I was to help me get the doughnut on, we went back to their garage where they proceeded to repair my tire and set me up to get back on the road. I was expecting to be charged some crazy amount for all they had done for me, but in the end they just told me to have a safe trip back to Tucson and sent me on my way! Everyone there was really nice and seemed genuinely concerned about just getting me back on the road safely. These guys rock! I am a fan for life =)
