5 stars all day. It’s hard to find a barber that you trust. I was seeing the same barber for two years in Phoenix before these guys at New Era. The best way I can describe this place in one word is «Real». They are down the earth. They take their time. They do it right. These guys are professional. Here’s a tip, book an appointment ahead of time. Maury was my most recent barber. Will do business again.

New Era Barber is in the south east corner of the Del Sol Plaza on 16th St and 4th Ave. they accept card as payment but sometimes their machine is down so bring cash and tip just in case.
They have four barbers. Two barbers take appointments only and two take walk ins. Make an appointment just to be safe. You never know who will be working if you don’t make an appointment.
New Era’s Barbers are skilled in modern men’s cuts. They’ll give you a razor fade with ease, trim/​style your beard, and don’t rush when you’re sitting in their chair. If you want something special or unique they’ll take their time to give you the look you want. Don’t waste your time with a chain like Great Clipps. New Era Barbers are artists not robots.
