VERY EXPENSIVE!!! Four shirts costs me $ 17.38; that is over twice what I paid in Washington DC. Outrageous!

SCAMMERS & liars. Both Mikel & Emily White who own Melody Cleaners at 877 S Orange Ave, & also at 2241 S Ave A in Yuma AZ, LIED under oath in Yuma AZ Co. Court today. Inexcusable abhorrent behavior for supposedly professional people. They only have 2−½ stars here at Unilocal!I see why after this travesty. I should have gone to Unilocal or Angie’s List beforehand & seen the complaints in the reviews against them. It’s evident customers are NOT happy! If I had been vigilant & checked-​up on Melody Cleaners, I would have found another establishment to deal with! 2−½ stars is way below the standard I expect when entrusting my property or self to someone. I would never do business w a 2−½ star dry cleaner anymore than I’d sleep in a 2−½ star hotel! My ethics or standards of living «far» supersede what they offer! I’m an educated consumer & would NEVER have left my property at risk if been made aware of such! This is the most horrible horrendous transaction as a consumer that I’ve ever had in my 64 yrs. They deserve not 2−½ stars but «0»! Thankfully I won a judgement against them in court today because of their dereliction of duty & failing to use ordinary care… legally deemed, a bailment for hire! It’s the principle that I won that really counts! I’m not talking a $ 30 shirt or anything. I’m talking about $ 650 in fine draperies. Do NOT trust them w anything! They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. They were lax & inadvertent w my property. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in their knowledge to properly handle dry goods. They’re obviously insouciance towards others. They have no knowledge about cleaning window treatments either. It’s not blatant nepotism of sorts but my 12 yr old nephew could have done a better job! They may come back & lie some more to defend what I’m saying here. But I can fax or email you the award in my favor. I can send the photos of my drapes before & after. Even tho I succeeded in court today it was not for the full amt I asked for. Lying in court netted them a couple hundred dollars! That’s because they both sat there & told bald face lies. If they would have been truthful, under oath, I would have won the full amt. But their subversive & unscrupulous meretricious lies resulted in a partial refund only, of fees I paid. But I feel vindicated because the judge ruled in my favor. It’s the principle that I won, that counts. And they have to shell out $ 100+ to me. But I’m not counting on that either. As shameless & corrupt as they are, I’m sure they have no intentions of doing so. I’ll just have to slap a lien on their property. That’s why it’s paramount that I won the case. If you’d like to see the judgement/​award, just message me & I will be glad to provide it to you upon request. I also plan to pass out flyers in the Orange Ave neighborhood & a copy of the award to the BBB & to other dry cleaners in the area. That way the competition will have one up on them. I will not relent. These lies were perpetuated to cover their a_​s! And to lie under oath is pathetic/​piteous. It’s diabolical! MELODY CLEANERS IS NOT A reputable businesses. The place is filthy, has a foul smell & is very antiquated as well. Many RED flags here. Heed them or you too will be, «taken to the cleaners! »

So rude and unprofessional. They also messed up my friends dress and left my husbands uniform linty.

Decent prices ($ 2.50/ dress shirt), friendly service, prompt and reliable.
