Kirkland’s

Kirkland’s has some nice-​looking home décor for decent prices. Some of their products seem to eventually make their way to Ross for half the retail price. However, I don’t dig the overwhelming smell of perfume/​potpourri (or whatever it is).

LOCATION: At the Yuma Palms Mall. Sixteen Street entrance, take an immediate left, or you’ll swoop right past it!
ATMOSPHERE: Upon entering the store, big picturesque windows, bright, clean and welcoming. You could tell from the layout of the products, the displays, the lighting, the cleanliness, a labor of time is a constant to keep it looking so good.
SHOPPING: Brilliant smell throughout the store, beautifully placed displays, with attractive lighting.
PRODUCT: Quality furniture items, well made, real wood. The multitude of frames & vases are a variety of materials, shapes, and prices. Oh my, this a well hidden gold mine of decorative items for your home and as gifts.
SERVICE: There were two to three employees, but they made their way around the store working, picking up, stocking, and offering their help, without even being asked, I love it! When I did ask for assistance they lead me right to the item, instead of pointing, very delightful! To top it off, the «manager» was out on the floor putting items up and helping customers, what a breath of fresh air!
PRICES: They have honest prices, you get a good bargain. Several price options bargain prices, sale prices, prices with coupon, clearance prices, then there are days where the clearance prices have an «additional % off» (you find out of you sign up for the email membership, of course).
PARKING: Your choice in parking, even when their busy, couldn’t ask for more. The parking lot is clean and well kept.
CONCLUSION: This store is far beyond a furniture store, you must visit it and see for yourself! I love it. My only thing is, I «cannot leave», too many beautiful colors and things to see (lol)! Sorry Kirkland’s only one pet peeve, please update the restroom accommodations.
PERK: At minimum, no strings attached, sign up for their emails online. No catch I promise, and they will email you their weekly specials. On the email ad, in small print you will find a coupon you can double click on, then print, for dollars off. Once in a while the coupon will be a % off coupon.
NOTE: They also have a credit card, if you wish to receive even more additional perks.
