We were in town to attend the pre– trial for my brother in law’s killer. This hotel went out of their way to help us. The staff members are so helpful, it is a true blessing that people like work at this hotel. You are the best! Thank you, The Huffman Family.

Oceanside, CA
Tale of two stories. First stay outstanding service. Manager even gave room upgrade to my fellow service member (I’m an hhonors gold member). This afternoon I check in to the same hotel and the manager lies to me and tells me no upgrade rooms are available. I call them on it and was told we don’t upgrade government rates. I show them that they did for my last visit with them. The manager asked if I had used the room. I said I had showered. He said there was nothing he could do about it.
If Hilton is your brand, recommend Homewood Suites or Hilton Garden Inn.
