Absolutely the worst customer service ever. no show, no call. then no attempt to make it right. Ridiculous… major disappointment… CALL ANYONE ELSE.

Very disgusted with the way they conduct business I had an emergency so I contacted them about 1230pm (noon) and I was assured they would be over in 20 – 25 minutes I never heard back I even tried calling him several times since I wasn’t able to find another locksmith. He never answered my calls or returned any of my messages. Please save your money and time go with someone else they don’t deserve to be in business.

I was locked out at 830 pm and this guys info said he was available until 1130 pm. He had 2 lines which I called both and left messages with no return calls or answers!!! Can’t say anything on the service because I couldn’t get a hold of the guy!!! I ended up having to break a window to get in because he is the only locksmith in town! The only reason he got one star is because you have to give a star rating…
