Rude! Rude! Rude! Called to order a Mother’s Day bouquet, told her a price range, gave me a price $ 15 over my budget. I asked her why it was so much more over the price I gave her, she spouted out some answer and said $ 10 delivery fee and was very abrasive! I let her know my budget was after all fees and taxes; to which she moaned and said she couldn’t do anything for me in a short time frame and it would have to be the $ 60 price she quoted. Thanks, but no thanks. Maybe be a little nicer next time! All Google reviews are horrible as well. I will always support local vs big box and even spend more at local establishments, however, I would rather get a grocery store bouquet then spend money here!

I used Yukon Flowers and Gifts to send an arrangement to a funeral. I went to their website with the intent of 1) picking an arrangement and 2) ordering online. Because I was sending from a group of coworkers, I wanted to be frugal with everyone’s funds, so I called the shop to avoid the $ 4 transfer fee for ordering online. I told them what I liked online, what price range I wanted for that arrangement, and where to send it. The process took about 5 minutes and couldn’t have been easier, even if I had just completed the transaction online. Not only did they send me a receipt via email, but I got a delivery confirmation email. When sending flowers, you always wonder if they got there but hate to ask(and wouldn’t ask in this situation) and they took the guesswork out of it. I was able to spot my arrangement at the service and it was simple, tasteful, and elegant. I am so glad to know of a great florist in Yukon and will definitely use them again.
