I’ve had decent experiences with this JCP and that’s the only reason I’m not giving them 1 star. I just got off the phone with a young lady that didn’t know if they carried tuxedos or not. She asked if I meant tuxedo shirts or the actual suit and I replied the actual suit. She says«I’m not sure if we carry tuxedos but we do carry suits so YES, we have suits.» I replied«So NO, you don’t have tuxedos.» She hung up on me. WHOA! Knowing me, there was likely a bit of sarcasm in my voice but I don’t think I rated the olé«go to hell/hang up». That’s about as rude and unprofessional as it gets so 1 star it is. I’ve been treated well inside the store so I’ll bump it up to 2 stars but that’s as generous as I can bring myself after the silence and dial tone. Boo, JCP. Boo hiss!

I bought a lacey white sundress for Coachella from here for $ 25. Just so happened to come here during their 1 day half-off sale. Whoo-hoo! Although the dress is certainly not worth $ 25, much less $ 50, it’s more Walmart-quality, but oh well. Got some nice jewelry as well but the one confusing thing is the checkout. It’s this tiny island of countertops sort of in the middle of the store and I wasn’t sure if it was customer service because there weren’t any signs anywhere. I feel like if the store had more than the 5 customers it had that day, the lines would be very backed up.

This is a very nice small JCPenny. Best for women and kids though, good selection of mens wear as well, but not my kind of clothes. Also good store for more formal mens wear.
