I only wish I had found Inspire years ago — they are truly an anomaly in the High Desert! Over the last eight years, I have used two property management companies and been horrified with my experiences renting my property. I am both a renter and an owner of two rental homes and I utilize Inspire for both services.
Initially I lived in one of my homes and rented out the other on my own. I wanted to move to another nearby town, as a renter– to a house with a pool. I used Inspire and they got me a great house with no hassle. Julie was even kind enough to meet me at the house twice in one day, because after I viewed it, I wanted to show my fiancé.
I was very pleased with my experience as a renter with Inspire and decided to give them the listing for the house I had just moved out of. They found me the perfect renters THE DAY that I gave them the listing.
The renters at my other house have just put in their notice and I didn’t hesitate to give that listing to Inspire as well. The best news? They have a new tenant signed to that house already as well, and my old tenants haven’t even left yet.

Finding good tenants for any rental property is never easy, luckily I was able to rely on this company to get the job done. Taylor is very responsible, commited and efficient at what she does. I was highly surprised at her level of professionalism and work ethic.

Without going into detail with regards to all of my woes on the subject of my home sale let’s just say that Julie and Taylor helped keep my sanity through an ugly sale full of unforeseen occurances.
