Angel View

Lot’s of great kitchen and knick knacks. Furniture is very reasonably priced. I visited this shop about four times during my week in the area. Each time, I found more awesome stuff. I don’t know where they get their donations, but they get some crazy and unique stuff! I am an avid thrifter from CA to TX and all points in between and this was one of the best I’ve ever been to.

A couple of cute things at a reasonable price, lots of nice glassware. There was a regular customer, who was acting chummy with the employees, and he was rude and cussing at me over something that I didn’t even understand what he was talking about… until I asked the employees WTH?! He was talking to an employee at the nick nack section when I was over there looking at stuff like nick knacks, glasses and kid plates.(because that’s generally a section women hang out at, knuckle head) I saw him talking to the lady, but didn’t care what they’re talking about, I just wanted what I need for our house; and was having a mental pity party with myself because my hips hurt. When I was done in the glass and kitchen area, I saw a grey chair and sat down on it while my husband was looking at guy stuff. I was considering buying it also, because it’s the same texture as my couch and we just moved here and don’t have much furniture, because we left chairs behind ect. Anyway, this guy starts talking to the employees saying really loud «mind your own business, I hate that S-​word, don’t come sit down and listen to our conversation, she’s trying too get you guys fired»
WHAT??? I don’t give a crap about what you’re talking about! If you’re doing something you’re not supposed to do… Maybe don’t do that, and you won’t be a paranoid psycho! My husband went to talk to the guy about yelling at me, and the manager stopped him from saying anything (enabling the dirt bags behavior) The lady was saying sorry that it happened, but they seemed all friendly and the fact that she was so protective of the guy, hearing what he needed to hear. The jerk probably goes home and beats his wife (if anyone is crazy enough to marry that) The manager assured me that I’m welcome in the store, but no way would I go back to there. A place where regular people like that come in, and act like they own the place is not desirable. I sat down because I’m lucky to even get out of the house to shop in the first place… My spine is so bad, I can’t do ANYTHING, without severe pain. Trying to get a break out, and relax with my husband, scoping some lower priced stuff we need for our house… Became a situation where I looked at a couple kids clothes in case there was something cheap… And had my husband just take me home. I hate the city!
