Jake had come to my property and gave me an estimate. His price was the the best of the three companies I had also liked him the best. I had called him to to start the service and the was supposed to start last week on Wednesday. When I got home from work, nothing was done. It was late so I called him on Monday which is my day off. He did not respond to my message or answer any of the calls that I had made threw out the day. I called him from work this morning, and instead of answer my call he responded by text message that he had an emergency and he did not appreciate me calling him multiple times and that he was going to not do work for me. Anyone that runs a business should know that communication is key to the success of any business. He had an appointment to service my property, he should have made a phone call to postpone the work. I work in the service field, I understand that things come up, but if I treated my customers like he treated me I would be out of business.
