I’m a professional graphic designer and have worked with printers for over 25 years. Jason and Beth are very helpful and know their stuff. I know when I set something up properly, I will get what I wanted. They help me with finding the best price too, even if it means I tweak my design a little bit to fit within a standard size. That’s appreciated by me and my clients!

Picked up my hats today. Work looks great! A bit pricey though. I have 50 hats on order and was going to pay for them and the 8 they did for me up front to get their bulk pricing and I was told no. $ 10 a hat that I supplied was too much. Not willing to pay $ 500 for 50 hats I’m going to give away. Been in this town over 40 years and I try to keep money local, but I may have to shop around for this next job. Other than that, satisfactory work. Update 11⁄20. Total redemption. Jason stepped up and killed this time. Work quality was never an issue but service and price were. The new hats are awesome. The turn around was super fast. And the price was way better. Anyone can do a good job, but not many can come back from a poor experience. Dream Gig did! Highly recommended!

Thank you guys for your patience with my confusing order. So many others turned me away and instead of being like them you guys sat down and actually helped me figure out what I exactly wanted. Beth at the front is so sweet and so helpful answering all my questions. You guys are amazing and there’s nothing more to say other then a huge thank you. So THANKYOU again very much.

This place is a joke. Unprofessional. The lady working there is Incompetent of doing anything. She messed up my complete order and tried to argue with me to convince me that’s what I wanted. I never received a mock up of the product before the ran it. They had the few orders mix matched. Had to do it a few times to get it someone right. Misspelled words. It was pathetic. I finally cut my losses and the headache and went somewhere else

After a last minute issue with another company Dreamgig stepped up to the plate and made amazing shirts for my daughter’s cheer team. They were finished in 2 days and look great!

Wow!!! This place sucks!!! Someone buy these guys a dictionary!!! My jeweler had these guys make him a sign. I came out looking great … One problem!!! They don’t know how to SPELL!!! A sign company that can’t spell!!! F n amazing!!! They spelled JEWERY instead of JEWELRY!!! Then when we noticed and tried to have the sign re made they said no! We asked for our money back and they said no!!! We never received a proof nor approve one. This place sucks. Very unprofessional. I spoke with a business neighbor and they had the same problem with business cards and receipt books with incorrect spelling!!!

I had the worse experience with this company. There’s a lady that works there named Beth made my experience very difficult. The quality of the business cards I got was junk. I was shocked to find 5 different types of font on them. I put in a few orders for business cards and fliers. I paid them and picked up the stuff. When I loaded it into my car I check them out and realized everything they gave me was wrong. I took them back in and Beth acted like I approved it all. I told her no, you never sent me a mock up. They agreed to re run everything. When I received an email with the suppose to be correct info on the fliers and business cards I noticed again they were wrong. I called Beth and she told me she would call me back when she got off the other line. 3 days later after no call I called their office to discuss the changes that needed to be made. Beth told me they were already in production. Again! With no approval from me. I decided to cut my losses and move on to different company. Worse experience I have ever had. The lack of order and communication is shocking to me.
