Awesome place to eat. The best is the tri tip fries. Everything on the menu is delicious. Best burgers I had, must be the mountain air. The trip there is worth it. If you go, go after Apple picker people season has past, even late October tends to be busy. They also have great apple pies.

Cool vibe, country feel. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. Really good food. We had burgers, chili fries, tri-tip sandwich, onion rings and Caesar salad.(We were a large group!) The salad was fresh with homemade croutons and shaved Parmesan. Burgers and tri-tip were great. The chili was made with fresh tri-tip…yummy. Loved the fries and onion rings too! I’d definitely come back here again

The food and atmosphere hit the spot after a crisp cold day. Enjoyed burgers and fries. Only concern– the bathroom was smelly and disgusting! Put a damper on what was otherwise a great experience.

YUM. Great food, happy people, warm atmosphere. Can’t go wrong. Same menu as Yucaipa with the addition of the bakery and hot coffees, chocolate, tea’s, and cappuccinos.

After a trip to Oak Glen I was dying to try this place. the wait was a bit long. about 35 min 5o take food to go, and it is a little pricey. But VERY worth it! The onion rings are THEVERYBEST I have ever had. luckily after the long wait the food was worth it and I will definitely be back.

I didn’t expect a whole lot when I visited Oak Glen for Apple picking, but when we stopped by this place for food I was pleasantly surprised. The Tri-Tip Sandwich was the best I’ve had(meat was juicy and tender, and the Au Jus was extremely flavorful), the Burger was also very good; great buns for both the sandwich and the burger. The servers were friendly and welcoming, be sure to stop by when you are in the area.

I was referred to this place by a friend. We made our way to Angus McCurdy’s after spending the entire day at Oak Glen Village and Los Rios Farm. I ordered the tri-tip cheese fries. OMG were they the bomb! This place has definitely become a new favorite of mine and it is definitely worth the trip! Will be coming again very soon!!!

Love this place! Burgers are delicious and so are the tri tip fries. This one is a lot larger than the Yucaipa one, I love how they decorated this one and the large patio, overlooking the apple trees. Great spot!

Had the double bacon cheese burger and onion rings. Burger was huge! toppings were all very fresh and the bacon was extra thick. Was really really good. The onion rings were great as well. All in all a great place to eat with terrific scenery. The back patio is really nice.

Finally! A restaurant in Oak Glen that serves breakfast after 11am! My family and I decided to try Angus McCurdy’s at Parrish Ranch after reading some of the positive reviews on Unilocal. We’ve been going to Oak Glen since I was a kid and always grumbled that the restaurants never serve breakfast past 11am. They serve breakfast til noon. The breakfast menu is limited, but it’s really good! Most of us ordered the breakfast sandwich(egg/bacon/cheese). the bread is homemade and the eggs are fluffy. My brother in law ordered the famous Dirty McCurdy, which he said was really good! The customer service was pretty good. You order at the register and then the food is brought out to you. The staff was helpful and courteous. We went on the first cold day of season(it was 42 degrees outside) and the crowd really started to come in around lunch time. Because it was so cold outside no one wanted to sit in the outdoor patio out back, so there was a line to a table. I ended up buying some of the baked goods to take home — cinnamon frisbee, apple dumpling and apple cookie. They were all really good. Overall, it was a good experience and I look forward to trying some of there lunch menu!

Angus McCurdy’s strikes again… This is their second location to open up and this particular one is located at Parrish Ranch in scenically vibrant Oak Glen. This particular location is stylistically different from their original one in Yucaipa. This place tugs at the apple loving Oak Glen community’s heart strings by incorporating that into the restaurant– the walls are lined w/old apple crates, the lights are old mason jars, there is an old Franklin stove, stained glass windows w/apple designs… did I mention the various baked goods products they offer at this location with, you guessed it, apples? Excellent theming and adapting to its surroundings. It will be interesting to see how the third location adapts once it is unleashed in Redlands. Aside from being bigger, designed differently, and offering baked goods, not too much has changed from the original location’s core concept– the food. And I’m glad to say the quality here is just as high and the good just as delicious. Here, however, they make it a point to specifically advertise their most famous secret menu item the incomprehensible«Dirty McCurdy». This bad boy can be ordered as a single or double and is essentially a bacon cheeseburger topped with their delicious tri-tip. They still don’t advertise that u can make anything«dirty»(the addition of tri-tip) — in fact I think the crew here is still too new because when I ordered my cheeseburger«dirty» I think the gal behind the counter was confused how to punch it in properly as I was not charged for the addition, which was awesome in a way. We ventured in a little after 11am on a Monday and there were a few other guests here and there. The time between order placement and food receival seemed to take longer than their Yucaipa counterpart(especially since it was early on a Monday and they weren’t horribly busy) but I imagine it is also still because they are new and the crew is still getting acclimated. Their is also a large patio seating area here which is nice. Angus McCurdy’s has done it again and their food is not only tasty but hearty as well and the taste and quality is worth the price. I will have to try some of the apple baked goods offered here on a future visit. Be sure to look out for my forthcoming review of the Redlands location(entitled: «Angus McCurdy’s– Revenge of the Dirty») once it opens up in the continuing Angus McCurdy’s Saga.

Came here upon recommendation from the staff at Snowline Orchard, who we ended up seeing again when we got to the restaurant. The thing to get seemed to be the bacon cheeseburger as that’s what everyone was ordering. Or course, they were out of tri-tip, the other main entrée they offer, so that cuts down on the options. The burger was juicy and delicious so I’m still glad we got it. We also ordered the delicious onion rings, tasty apple dumpling, elephant ear thing – I forget what they called it but it’s basically pie dough baked up liberally sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, and the disappointing veggie plate, which turned out to be a plastic hamburger box with some slices of cucumber, carrot sticks and cherry tomatoes with a side of ranch. The burger was delicious but they should probably offer more than 2 entrée options(all the other options are either grilled cheese or doubling up on the meat patties on the burger). Or, you know, make sure they have made enough of the other option to last the night. What sets this place apart is the extremely friendly staff behind the counter. Our server Jessica was very helpful with menu suggestions and offered to bring our dessert to us once we had finished our dinner so the ice cream on the dumpling wouldn’t melt before we got to it. It’s hard to believe she had been on the job only 4 days! So despite the very basic menu, the tastiness of what they do have combined with the excellent service means I would come here again.

Apple-so-lutely Amazing place! Staff was friendly and attentive, they even offered samples of the tri-tip…scrumptious, and brown sugar bacon… what can you say about that but YUMMM! Tony(Owner/Manager?) was awesome. Told us about the place, the actual building, how long the ranch has been there, it’s well over 100 years old. He mentioned that they have aquired a new piece of property across the way and will be doing wedding/events…I’m excited to see it. He did the décor himself, antique apple crates, wooden laders, mason jar lights, mixed with tasteful art, flowers, a mix of rustic and modern. The place was immaculate, everything was clean and tidy. The chocolate chip cookies were huge and very good, the apple dumpling was unbelieveable, enough to share for sure, we savored every last crumb and licked the fork :) and then there’s the APPLEPIE shake, with a WHOLE piece of apple pie, in there, somehow, with vanilla ice cream and topped with caramel and a pie crust garnish, the shake is so thick you have to use the spoon! Really one of the best desserts I have ever had! Even in the midst of apple season rush, the staff did exactly what they should, greeting, attending, kind, curteous and helpful, REAL customer service… although appreciated, in today’s world I never expect it and was pleased to find it. We will be back! Beware of the single poor review, read it and realize the reviewer was unhappy before they even ate, because McCurdy’s doesn’t offer the kind of food they wanted… should have gotten back in your car and gone somewhere that did. Don’t let that review scare you off… you will NOT regret eating here!!!

This was our first time here. We got the double bacon cheeseburger and the tri tip fries. The burger was so was thick and juicy with just enough cheese .It was all quality ingredients. The fries could have been warmer but the tri tip was very tender. I will definitely be coming back. Plus The view is amazing

The Best food we have had hands down! I had the Dirty McCurdy, my husband had the Tri Tip sandwich and my son had the grill cheese sandwich. We had onion rings, fries, and a side salad and everything tasted fresh and delish. The garden side salad tasted like they picked all the veggies right before bringing it to our table. My husband absolutely loved his sandwich and the Dirty McCurdy was on point! Best place for awesome Tri Tip and fresh fresh food.

My bud and I took a day trip to Oak Glen and dropped in on Wednesday 9÷24÷14 and bought some apple turnovers and apple strudel to take home. Wow! Best I’ve had and nominal prices. We visited with the lovely owner for a bit. We will be back for lunch… Great place indoors or outside on patio.

Best new restaurant in Oak Glen! Food: We ordered a CheeseBurger, a Grilled Cheese, and a Dirty McCurdy… Everyone loved their food and talked about coming back for more. The meat was high quality and the buns were super soft. I also highly recommend the fries. Prices are pretty low for what you get. Location: In the Parrish Ranch area with other cute shops around and a great view of Mt. Baldy. I love how they combined the traditional Oak Glen look with the barbecue look, using old apple crates and mason jar lights. Super cute inside and out. Service: The people were as nice as could be. Food came out quickly and nice and warm. The place was very clean and well kept. All in all, two thumbs up, 5 stars, and very happy customers!
