I had a very wonderful experience working with Andy Blasquez. I started the process of looking for a home in June of 2012 and met Andy at the end of July 2012. A week after meeting Andy I dropped my real estate agent I was working with at the moment. I also spoke with several other agents, no one else was as responsive as Andy, no one else had my interest in mind. Andy didn’t just take me to every other house off of his list, he showed me what I liked, and paid attention to my interest and desires. I feel like Andy went above and beyond the call of duty for me, and that’s what you need, you need someone who will have your back and get you the best bang for your dollar; and that’s what I found in Andy. I now have a beautiful home, I feel like I wouldn’t have come out with such great results and a smooth process if I had gone with anyone else. Don’t go anywhere else people, just don’t!
