Bill is fair. They may not be the cheapest price around, but they are straight shooters and will take care of problems if they arise.

This is so different than other motor-​sports places I have visited. These guys (Garret, Aimee and others in their team) price customer satisfaction and value to the customer. I bought a used motorcycle form TRP, and even before they saw me, Aimee was so prompt in responding to all my questions over the email. And even sent me tons of pictures of the motorcycle I was looking to buy. And when I was at the dealership Garret took time to pick me up form the car rental place, show me the motorcycle and let me test ride it, took care of me as if I was their only customer. And the fact is that there were at least 4 – 5 other people in the shop but I saw everyone taken care of with excellent service. From the initial emails to the final sale (and even beyond), I had such a wonderful experience with TRP. I highly recommend these guys for any of your needs, be it motorcycle or any other motor-​vehicle they sell.

Gotta say that Bill & Garret (sp) have won my business. Recently had a problem with our Scrambler while up in Deer camp, in which the Bendix gear, starter and starter solenoid possibly went out on it. Took the quad apart in camp up in the hills and Garret took the time to help me out on the repairs. After taking the case cover off and finding out it was not the Bendix gear, we narrowed it down to a faulty starter solenoid that was engaging the starter on it’s own.
Not that often you still find one on one service in any business. Hats off to guys and gals at Twin Rivers Polaris!
