First time in this establishment. VERY clean, VERY friendly help. Hoping to quit a 20+ year habit of cigs and knew absolutely NOTHING about vaping. They were happy to take the time to guide me and help me get this ball rolling, all the while not making me feel like an idiot. Much thanks to them…

I had a problem with a double charge and went in the shop to ask about it. The manager and owners were very understanding and helpful, and it turned out to be an issue with my bank, not with their system. I appreciate the way I was treated, rather than at other places who act like I’m trying to cheat them.

I went in here a few days ago and a girl was helping me, well kind of. She was more involved with her phone and talking to other people than helping me. She looked really young. When she came over to help me I could tell I was bothering her with all my questions. I’ve been to the store in Chico and they were really nice there. So I don’t know if it was her. But the attitude made me not want to come back to that store. When I left I got a «have a nice day» from a few guys. Which was nice.

So I quit smoking and started vaping and haven’t had a cigarette since. Up until last week I had no idea about this stuff, I have to say thank you to Brandon or brendon sorry wasn’t sure of the name and another guy, didn’t get his name. But he’s a white guy with a reddish brown beard. I’ll be sure to get his name next time. So helpful that all my vape questions have been answered and they aren’t there to rip you off. They truly want to help you with what you are trying to accomplish. Thanks again guys and sorry I don’t remember your names. Amazing customer service, and very knowledgeable. Customer for life. This is the best Vapor experience I’ve ever had the staff was amazing, friendly and very professional but personable as well. Their juice was fresh and tasty. The second I walked in I noticed how clean and organized this business was. I also noticed it smelled good too it didn’t smell gross like most smoke shops do, I can’t wait to go back. Their prices were just as amazing as the atmosphere and easy parking. I won’t be buying my products anywhere else.
12÷2÷15 I just received my second on line order I just had to expand this review and 5 review their website and customer service. Every time I do an online order or walk in this business, I’m always happy with the excellent service and quality of their products. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, online shipping is fast and packaging is perfect.
5−11−16 WOW! This business just blows me away with their customer service, good customer service is rare. I order online most of the time last week my order went to VA haha I was freaking out. I sent an email and was surprised to answer my phone the next morning to hear my package was in my PO Box, someone took the extra step and called me. I had been helped immediately and it was after a holiday weekend. I’m very happy with the customer service this business has.

This is the coolest vape shop I have been to, and I can’t believe it is in Yuba City. Really nice, comfortable atmosphere, good selection, and helpful service. My new favorite place.

Love the place, love the people. Good service, great products & excellent e-​juice flavors. Sometimes the music is so loud I have to yell to tell them what I want & I wish they did discounts on juice more often but still happy with it!

WOW!!! Probably the best place ever. Their knowledge on vaping and getting off smoking is parallel to non. Super friendly staff and their house juice is top notch.

This place is GREAT! I quit smoking about a year ago and have been using vapor pens ever since, i started by getting stuff from all over, juice one place, tanks online, ect. Then i found this place and i have been comong here for everything ever since, super nice staff are ready to help newbies or experianced smokers, i never go in without buyijg something, but i noticed there are some people their all the time that just chill at the tasting bar and watch tv/​talk ans vape there own stuff and the staff is super friendly with them to, evem when they know they are not gonna purchase anything. Great juices, a little bit pricey (compaired to online or cheaper smoke shops in sacramento/​chico ect.)but its worth paying the extra money to have such helpful & friendly staff & to have a place not to far of a drive from the towns outside yuba city. I recommend you give them a try!

NetVapes is my new go to Vape store. The customer service is awesome.
I bought my first Vape at a friends store yesterday because he said he would help me out. He set my machine up incorrectly and I was upset. Took my setup into the store and asked for help. Brett looked at what I had and fixed it right away. He answered all of my beginners questions without sounding condescending like I have experienced when asking others about vaping.
That’s not even the coolest part. Brett asked me how much I paid for my setup, told me I got a good price, and only ever asked that I come back and support his place of business. You could tell his passion for the job was what drove him to be there.
He stocked my Vape with on the house liquid, told me that if I had any recurring issues he would help me out best he could, and invited me back. I’ll definitely be returning.
On top of everything else they’re trying to support the cause and inform people of the pending legislation regarding vaping and vapor lounges. Cool stuff guys.
Short version: bought a setup somewhere else, took it in there to get fixed after being busted, wasn’t charged a dime, and was given some free product. 5.5÷5 will return.

I was curious if this shop was really as good as the reviews here. It sure was! They had my Atlantis coils for a decent price, and didn’t ask me if I really knew how to prime them (yes, that’s happened, lame).
I stuck around for a few minutes to try some liquids. That’s where my $$ usually goes when I step in a vape shop. But, no kidding, for a not-​idiotic-​spendy price, Sutter Buttes Reserves Lictor and Dragon Blood are great smooth, complex but light vapes.
Thanks for being a great shop for anyone to walk into, no attitude, just answers and friendliness. I will definitely stop by again when my travels bring me through. Thanks!

The staff is great and the flavors are plentiful and amazing. They offer a tasting bar for sampling and they are more then willing to help you weather you are just starting out or ready to make the next step up to rebuilding. Or if you prefer you can go in buy a beer and just hang out and vape.

In a hurry? Need to just grab your juice and some coils and hit the road? They’re on it. In, done, out.
Or, do you have some time to kill? Wanna kick back, have a beer, watch some sports, and have some conversation while you sample different flavors? Well, this is the place for you too.
I love this place. Employees are knowledgeable, always attentive and are really good at picking up body language cues because they always seem to know whether I’m in a hurry, or ready to chill.

This shop is legit!!! Great group of guys working here!!! They have a ton of hardware for everyone weather your looking to start vaping or experienced. Jeremy and his crew are knowledgeable and helpful… Don’t forget to try their juices… They have a ton of bomb juices. Be sure to try their Liquid Clouds juice and Sutter Butte Reserve!!! I highly recommend this shop… Check them out if your in the area!!!

Place is legit. I come from down south (San Diego) and these peeps know their products just like Vapure the store I’m used to.
Ran out if liquid and had to hit up what must be the only legit vape store in the north state lol.
There is a vast selection of in house-​mixed liquid as well as other vendors’ liquid which is a nice touch.
Prices seem about par for course — a little more expensive than commonly found online stores but that’s to be expected from a store that has rent to pay. The value is in availability.
The facility is clean, demos of any liquid are on hand.
It’s off the main drag too which is nice.
I would probably visit again at some point but then again I’m in Chico. My recommendation to the owner would be to branch out because there’s other e-​cigarette activity already in the works in the Chico area.

Awesome place hang out by yourself or with friends. They are super friendly and they make you feel like family. I feel like these are my long lost cousins or just crazy people I can relate to. A plus is, it can be a nicotine free place! Love the people!!! Mark is great!

This is a family ran business with a great easy going atmostphere. Most of their juices are made on location and have a great selection to taste and choose from.
They will spend hours walking you through the world of vapeing
Their selection is a good size with mostly authentic stuff but they do have a few clones for those who don’t want to break the bank or just getting started.
