Miladi Karate

I wish there was a way to rate this dojo 10 stars. Miladi has been the foundation of my family. I feel as if without miladi karate academy my brothers would be lost. Miladi has taught my little brothers what it takes to be real men. Miladi has also brought my family much closer. It opens a world of opportunity for its students. This dojo gives childeren the confidence, respect, and morals that truly create an outstanding individual.

If there were an option to rate Miladi Karate at 0 Stars I would. At first this place seemed very nice. However, I quickly learned that Miladi Karate epitomizes the difference between DISCIPLINE and RESPECT. Sensei Miladi tries to teach discipline by yelling horribly at the students and even the parents. He even yelled at my 2-​year old son who was in the waiting area. My five year old was in classes for only a week and refused to go back after being so excited after we first told him he was going to start karate lessons. In my experience in contact sports, respect and discipline go hand-​in-​hand. I had no expectation that my kids would learn discipline at Miladi because they have no sense of respect, not to mention customer service; hence, I pulled them out after the 2 trial lessons. Unfortunately, I signed a month-​to-​month contract and even before their first paid lesson began they refused to cancel the contract and required me to pay. Oh well… that was better than us jetting my kids to anymore of this place.
