My wife and mother in law shop here a lot. My first experience was tonight and found my new favorite local store for cloths! I even found some gadgets that I want! Can’t believe I waited this long to walk through the doors! Even the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful!

I really enjoy this store. My mom got me started on it but the only down side is every time I go in there is never any new items to look at. I always see the same stuff over and over. Starting to get a little bored with it.

My wife bought a pair of pants for me. I had to take them back to exchange them because they didn’t fit. They didn’t have the size I needed in dockers slim fit so I had to buy classic fit instead. The two pairs of pants were the exact same price starting but they would not do an exchange. They «had» to do a return and purchase instead which charged me $ 12 dollars more. The reason I had to pay so much more was because when my wife bought them the first time she spent so much she got some «khols cash» to spend at a later time which she did. Then since my «purchase was only one pair of pants, I didn’t qualify for the special «khols cash»

The best things about Kohls, the Rewards, SALES and Kohls cash!!! I always save a lot of money there and they have all kinds of merchandise, good variety of departments. Great place and Great location to shop at :) Nice customer service. I shop a lot online too, which is very convenient. I love shopping at Kohls for kitchen stuff, bath stuff, accessories, clothes, lingerie, shoes, and nail polish! The only thing I have noticed recently, is they do not carry much Earth Therapeutics anymore, that is a bummer because the Anti Stress lotion was such an excellent product and helped me with my migraines.

One of my fave places to shop. They always great sales on shoes, clothes. U can never go wrong here. I love this place. People think its expensive but you really save when you shop the amazing sales. Plus they always have coupons you can easily find online.

Even though the holidays make people crazy and department stores even crazier, this shopper had a overall positive experience! The floor associates always stopped to ask me if I was finding everything OK, or if I needed any help… even stopped what they were currently doing to help me. There were very friendly ladies in the fitting room, who game me spot on advice for picking a winning outfit for my interview. Another very «happy to help» woman in shoes did everything she could to assist me, EVEN entertaining my sons when they fussed. Finally the check out, Stephanie was super helpful and SOOOO friendly, explaining how the ‘kohls cash’ works and nothing but smiles! She put the icing on the cake! I can’t wait to go back!
