In the last 7 years I have done more than $ 100k in business with 3D. I have never had an experience that was anything less than fantastic. The beauty of this store is the convenience, knowledgable staff and quality material. I avoid the big box hassle and discount house «discount». To get good service and quality flooring.
Additionally I have seen 3D out in the community supporting charities and fund raisers. I love to support local business that cares about local concerns.

They did a very good job installing are carpet. Was very fast with are estimate and getting supplies to install are carpet.

My wife and I went in and looked at flooring in the store. They were recommended by a contractor.
1) The owner acted like he was put off that my wife and were indecisive and talking a long time to make a decision. It was like he wanted us to know what we wanted right when we walked in
2) He came out to do a measurement and was rude to my wife while onsite.
3) He got back to me with a quote for hardwood and carpet. He quoted 24K. I asked him for a breakdown of the price and he told me it was for «LABOR, MATERIAL and A LITTLE BIT FOR HIM TO KEEP THE LIGHTS ON». (really a little bit to keep the lights on).
We ended up going to Flooring Liquidators. We found the EXACT same hardwood and carpet and it only cost us 14K installed.
This place is a rip off.

We use 3D for all our flooring needs. We do property management and we replace flooring on regular basis. They have beter prices and much better service then Lowe’s or Home Depot!
