Pizza Factory

We stay in Yreka in our RV & want someplace to deliver so narrowed down to Pizza Factory because of Unilocal reviews. We have ordered twice over the 2 years we have traveled through.
My husband has tried the Lasagna & Spaghetti & Meatballs-​both good. I have tried the Hawaiian Pizza & Lasagna-​also both good but the lasagna wins by a nose over the pizza. Though, I’ve also tried my husband’s spaghetti and it may be tough to choose between that and the lasagna!
Garlic bread comes with the meals. We ordered bread sticks without knowing the garlic bread came with it. The bread sticks are different though-​chewier with parmasean cheese sprinkled on it. Very good.
While it may not be the best Italian we’ve ever had, but it is good, fast (15 min.) & a decent price. Serving sizes are generous. We couldn’t eat it all– my husband ate about ²⁄₃ & I could only eat about ¹⁄₃ of the lasagna. The lasagna is 8.25, spaghetti with meatballs is $ 7.75, breadstick $ 4.75 and delivery charge is $ 3 plus tax. So all came to A bit much for pasta but worth it not to have to go get it.

I live in yreka and I will never come back here. The service is horrible. I asked for a BBQ chicken light on the BBQ sauce and the kid that is working right now can’t get that. I took one bite and took it right back. And when I took it back the kid looked at me like was retarded. If u get it right the first time u won’t have to make it again. I will never come back here cuz of that kid. I am not please!

I’ve ordered from here several times during the day. I always order a meatball calzone, and it’s always been good and filled with meatballs. Well I tried ordering at night, took over an hour to get, I had asked twice on the phone to make sure they put extra marinara sauce on the side. When my order finally got here, no marinara sauce, calzone cold, and we couldn’t tell the meatball from the sausage because there was hardly any meat. Took them 5 minutes to come get our order and give us our money back, but took over an hour to deliver cold food. I’ll stick to the daytime.

Very good pizza, we are local and return often. Love the bread sticks and all there pizza combination are awesome, for lunch get there buffet, they will ask what pizza you like and includes salad and breadsticks.

We were on our family road trip to Disneyland and really wanted pizza. The reviews looked good so we went. The pizza was great and they certainly don’t skimp on the toppings. It reminded of how pizza use to be. When you didn’t need to pay for extra cheese it just came that way.

We almost went to Round Table, but the Unilocal reviews for Pizza Factory were better.
We ordered the garden fresh pizza and added sausage. We watched and chatted with the nice guy behind the counter as our pizza was hand tossed.
We ordered a couple of local brews while we waited. The Fall River IPA was amazing!
I’m not one to give 5 stars without good reason, and this place was damn good.

Got flyers at home showing chicken Alfredo and bread sticks looked good Alfredo dry and burnt bread sticks black sorry I tipped them. Don’t go at night daytime is great

Great pizza! Fast and fresh would have gotten 5 stars if they offered more coupons or deals. So it wouldn’t hurt the pocket.

We were staying at a hotel local to this Pizza Factory and decided to order in. We got a large pizza delivered to the hotel. Pizza was hot when delivered and they got here very quickly. A little expensive at $ 22 but not too bad.

This is the best place you can possibly go for pizza, in my humble opinion.
I am an EXTREMELY picky person when it comes to pizza. The crust has to be like ciabatta bread (because that’s what is authentically used) like soft in the middle, lightly crispy on the outside… Cheese should be bubbly, with some little crispy strands of it cooked onto the crust, so I can peel them off and eat them, lol. Crust cannot be too thin, too soggy, or to thick and puffy (or taste like cardboard). There has to be LOTS of cheese, and it has to be that gooey, streeeetchy kind, that gets toasted and bubbly on top and makes you have to stop and break the strands every time you take a slice (and its almost like pulling gum when you’re trying to take a bite! lol). Most places don’t have cheese like that anymore.
Well, I love pizza factory, because its all of the above.
Yeah, you gotta wait a little longer for the food, but that’s because it has this thing called «quality». I am willing to wait if it means my money will be spent well.

Mistake. Should have known we were in trouble when we had to bus a table just to sit down… Let alone the cacophony of a dozen tables full of hungry and unruly kids waiting ahead of us… I fought the urge to run away as my own kids were hungry as well. 1 hr 10 min from order to food arrival with not so much as a warning from their grossly understaffed crew of 2 overwhelmed and poorly trained teenagers that tried their hardest.

I went out of my way to visit this location, since Pizza Factory has been on my radar for a few years now. This is definitely a clean personable environment. One of the things I liked most is the effort to keep the pizza hot for the buffet, by having a warming oven.
The salad bar, though limited as is usually the case in this scenario, was uniquely good. The pizza itself was ok, but to me lacked the Pizza Factory dough texture than can be so good. Don’t get me wrong, it was hand tossed. But some locations manage to really pull this issue off well, and others not so much.

For some reason I had it in my head that the Pizza Factory was not a good place to get pizza. I think it was many many years ago that I had a really bad pizza at one in another town and assumed they were all like that.
So last week when I was in Yreka and wanted a pizza I let Unilocal persuade me to try it again. It was an excellent pizza. The staff was pleasant, the place is clean, there’s nothing not to like.

This is the best pizza in the area. I love the crust and sauce. We used to go to Round Table but no more.

Excellent mid-​crust pizza, not thin crust, not thick. Flavorful, zesty sauce, ample and fresh toppings.
The best of the chain pizza restaurants, and better than most pizza restaurants we’ve visited. We like good pizza, and will go out of our way for some. We’ll definitely stop in Yreka again for Pizza Factory!

Had lunch here today. The pizza was good, typical average pizza. I’d say similar to Round Table pizza if you are familiar with them. I see only one other review here complaining of a greasy pizza, but my vegetarian pizza did not have this problem at all. Folks need to remember that a greasy pizza comes from what you put on it. Lots of meat and pepperoni is going to make any pizza greasy. If you get a meat loaded pizza that isn’t at least a little greasy, then they used some dried up old meat on it.
I was pleased to see the pizza guy actually spinning the dough by hand. You don’t see this much anymore. Everything was out in the open right where you can see it, all fresh stuff going on there.
They have a few games for kids and lots of tables that could easily move around. I wish their windows were bigger — they seem to have a few back windows with a decent view, but they could be larger.
