My truck broke down in Yreka today and I ended up calling my insurance for roadside assistance. Scott of Bruce’s Towing was dispatched by my insurance company.
The insurance customer service said it could take up to an hour. They showed up in 20 minutes, had my lifted Chevy Silverado loaded in 5 minutes on a flatbed. Took it all the way to Chevy dealer in Medford.
Excellent service and Scott was very friendly to my wife and I. Highly recommend them. Very honest about cost, arrival and travel times.

If I could give zero stars I would! There are at least 5 other towing companies in Yreka, choose one of them! These guys are dishonest. The wrong truck was sent out to tow my vehicle and ended up taking 2 hours to tow my car 10 miles. I was billed $ 160 for an extra hour while the 1^st truck say and waited for the 2^nd truck. BAD business!
