An absolute nightmare, I regret stepping foot in here. Very rudely accused of damages, after fighting for days to get a hold of them I thought the issue had been resolved. Almost 3 weeks later I’m still out $ 300+ for their phony charges. (I seriously suspect criminal business practices here)

Using uhaul is a nightmare in general. Customer service is consistently the worst I’ve ever experienced. The people who work at this location are plenty nice and professional, but you can’t contact them directly. When you call you get directed to the call center. The call center does not know when your vehicle/​equipment will be ready and is not able to figure it out. So when our vehicle wasn’t ready on time there was no way to find out and wasted a trip out to uhaul to get a vehicle that wasn’t ready. Really inconvenient and annoying.
