Stadium Trophy

First, I am pleased with the work and how my plaques turned out. The prices are reasonable. The customer service on the other hand was poor from start to finish. First, I emailed my text in and never got a confirmation. I emailed a couple of days later, still no response. I finally called and was asked to call back to confirm the email was received. There was also no call to say they were ready for pick up and I had to call to follow up.
When I went to pick up the plaques, the bill was calculated incorrectly (by over $ 100). I was asked to take a survey for a discount. I took the survey, rated the store as fair and I the discount code didn’t appear. Apparently if you take the time for the survey, but don’t rate the store good or excellent there is no discount and you lose the time you put into the survey and he time it takes the representatives to figure out why there is no discount code. The pick up process took 20 minutes which is ridiculous.
Overall I was very disappointed.
