Roof Advance

I am very pleased with Roof Advance. I had called several roofing companies for an estimate on a new roof. Yankov Smolyanov, Owner, was able to fit me in his schedule and come out that same day early afternoon. Of the companies I called, he was the only one to get on the roof for a thorough inspection. Afterward he took the time to walk me through the entire process on his iPad. He showed me pictures of the old roof removal and step by step of the layers he would put back on. He even had samples of each of the materials and a roof model for demonstration. He spoke of the quality of materials he uses stating he doesn’t use the very best but more midgrade asphalt roof tiles. He mentioned the lowest grade was GAF asphalt tiles (which was the material quoted by the others). When he was done explaining and showing me the materials I was sure I was going to have sticker shock with the estimate. I was wrong. His quote was $ 1,200 lower than my lowest quote. This company is very trustworthy and honest. I couldn’t wait to post this review to start spreading the word. I highly recommend this company to anyone. My new roof will be installed next week. I expect to have only high praises upon completion. Very happy with Roof Advance. Once the roof is completed, I’ll follow up with another post.
