I drove by this company and saw that was empty and a for lease sign up. I called and found out that they closed their store front and only sell online now.

I placed an order and never received any shipping information after 6 weeks. Started a chain email back and forth between me asking for a shipping updated and customer service claiming I should receive a tracking number within another business day… while that went on for a couple weeks and I gave up… Called my bank and put in a dispute. DO NOT ORDER AND EXPECT TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT. I order custom made items monthly and never in my life have I had to deal with such bull.

i placed an order and i never received it. i phoned the company to inquire why. i was put through to a supervisor «jason». i am still in shock from the way this man spoke to me! he informed me that my order was a «$ 40.00 bull s#it order» i was waisting his time and he could care less about me or my order! im a small business owner and i needed the knobs for a dresser i sold to a customer. it had been weeks and i decided to call the company. the abusive way this man spoke to me was unbelievable!!. i tried to be put through to his supervisor but the receptionist who answered wouldn’t give me any info regarding who it was, shes probably frightened of him. this man should not in my opinion be in a position of authority to any company!
i only wish his supervisor could have heard how he spoke to me… a customer.
please do yourself a favor and not order from this company!
