BEWARE: MANAGEMENT SEEMS SHADY! I visited this place yesterday on behalf of my parents. While the apartment complex and the apartment I toured are quite nice, the manager does not seem truthful. On several occasions I felt that his answers to my questions were purposely misleading– like he had something to hide. For example, when asked a straightforward question about the number of people currently residing in the complex, he refused to answer, citing instead the number of units. I had to ask very pointedly how many units were empty, what the occupancy limit for each apartment was, etc. and he still skirted the question by stating he doesn’t keep census data about the residents! When I asked for clarification about the 55+ senior community, he informed me that one of the occupants is «supposed» to be 55+. What does that mean? He also pushed very hard for me to leave a non-​refundable deposit– he really tried to pressure me into making a decision I was not prepared to make. I consider his behavior unethical, and feel he would take advantage of naïve or otherwise vulnerable people. I wouldn’t trust him with my dog, much less my precious parents!
