The problem began with the phone call. While I was placing the order, I was put on hold at least 4 times, was made to repeat my credit card information multiple times, and even was hung up on. The person on the phone couldn’t even get my order right (forgot to add my soda). I waited over an hour, and called back to find that they had allegedly attempted to call me but that my phone was «disconnected» (which is code for, the person on the phone put the wrong phone number down). Instead of getting delivery, I had to walk over to the store myself (in a snowstorm) to get my pizza, which was basically cold crap by the time I got to eat it. I’ve never had a problem with this particular store before until now but I have to say I am very, very dissatisfied and I hope they terminate the woman on the phone who took my order. Very sloppy job.

I give them 5 stars because the quality of food and delivery service was fast and nice guy and I was made for the service of the lady who took my order because it was my first time I order from you and in america there is not just american there more than 1000 languages they don’t speak english but they love your food or want to try so please be patient with your customers next time if you can’t leave your post to an other person can do it, but the delivery driver has explained me. Very nice food good luck in your business and take care for the delivery driver are your image all the time and can save it even the food medium or good in quality. Thanks

Benitos is one of my go to pizza places. Never had a bad pizza here, and delivery is usually pretty quick.

They’ve changed what used to be really awesome cheese fries. You used to put in an order and get a huge aluminum tin full. Now, it’s maybe 1⁄3rd full, and they changed the fries themselves. Not cool.

I cannot rate the food yet… As I am still waiting for my pizza… Which we ordered 1hr 45mins ago… When I called 40 minutes ago I was assured my pizza was in the oven and would be delivered ASAP– no offer for a credit next time, or anything at all to compensate. And still we wait…

Benito’s has great cheese bread, but their pizza is only «meh.» Every time I order pizza from Benito’s, I somehow forget that their vegetables come out of cans and are extremely disappointing and my taste buds cry. Maybe after I post this review on Unilocal,I’ll remember that their ingredients are NOT fresh and I should order from City’s Pizza (on Packard near Platt) instead, where I know I will never be disappointed with soggy canned mushrooms.
So, no more Benito’s for this chica. I’ll order City’s instead.

24 inch pizza? Yup, it’s called Big Ben… ordered 2 (yup TWO) big Ben and 4lb of wings — hot… yup, yup… lot of food! I had to load the pizza in my trunk (thank goodness for SUV’s)… man the smell was killing us as we headed back to my friends apartment.
My friends from Korea were stunned and surprised at how large the pizza was and how delicious it was! We ended up finished one of the big ben and the 4lb of wings and the friends ate the leftovers for breakfast the next morning.
I wish they have Benito’s one by my house… or maybe not… because I think I would order it once a week if it was close by…
