Their menu needs to be updated or added new items worst of it it’s their takeout service it seems to be sloppy and I always have problems every time I order take out .like they always forget something. One time food looked like left over dog food it’s just horrible… this is my 3rd time and that’s it Iam done.

This Applebee’s is a great place I go here at least twice a month and every time the food is what was expected, once in a while you do get the waiter who is less then professional. This is still better then other Applebee’s I have been to, sit down in the restaurant is better then car side to go.

I visited apple bs last week for lunch. We had the most amazing waitress who waited on us. Heather made our visit very enjoyable. She is very in tune with her customers. You never wait for anything, your drinks are never low. And her attitude is absolutely amazing. She is very good at her job. We will definitely be back, and will be requesting her as our waitress.

the service was sloooooooow… and it wasn’t even a busy in the place!!! i had to send my first choice back. i ordered the whiskey chicken, first it didn’t look at all like the picture on the menu. the chicken was very blane… no seasoning and the onions on top looked gross! so i sent it back and got the stir fry. it was ok. my sister ordered the ribs… she sent them back… they were old and tuff. yuck… i challenge people to try this one… then try the one on eiseshower!!! big differance!!! we won’t be back here for girls night out. if i had 4 thumbs they would all be down!!! the sad thing is i live around the corner. and i go all the way on the other side of town (i don’t go often but when i do) .hmmmmm

It’s an Applebee’s, if you don’t like Applesbees food, don’t come here! The servers are always nice, espically Dan! He’s sometimes a manager as well.

We went there for a late dinner on a weekend. We ordered appetizers, chicken salad and a steak. Since we didnt expect a lot going into this, everything was tasting fine until my husband bit into a giant screw from his chicken salad. That definitely does not belong to a salad. The manager explained that it came from a loose part in the kitchen. They were nice in taking care of the situation. However, it is not a place I would like to go back again.

I love Applebee’s but this particular location sucks. Each time we’ve been there the portions are so small compared to the Ann Arbor location. The quesadilla burger is a favorite of mine & when I got it in Ypsi it was basically all tortilla with a tiny ball of burger & some lettuce inside. Also about three French fries came with it. Service was okay but nothing memorable. Definitely advise driving the extra few miles to the one in Ann Arbor if you’re in the mood for Applebee’s.

Great cocktails but I don’t really care for the food quality. It seems I have a hard time picking from the sub standard selections. The restaurant reminds me of a 24 hour place as it always smells stale and «old food». It’s a bit dark as well. Never my first choice though very convenient.

My girlfriend and I come here a lot, and usually we have good service except for this time. Wednesday after we went to the movie me, her and a friend came here and had the worse service ever here. Our waiter Derrick took about 20 minutes to even ask what we wanted to drink. Then he came back took our order, dropped off our food and didn’t see him again. Didn’t get ask for a refill, how’s our food, nothing. This won’t be our last time just terrible service that night.

If you’re looking for a decent cheaper meal, Applebee’s is your place. This isn’t going to blow your mind with their chef’s choices but they offer a decent selection at a good price point. My only qualm is that the service at this Applebee’s leaves a lot to be desired. I’m not asking for someone to unroll my napkin and bring me goblets of lemon water but it wouldn’t hurt to smile and I don’t really dig when I hear servers talking about their tables within earshot of said tables.

Worst sevice ever twice by same bartender Krystal K.
I am in the service industry I will never return. Too Busy talking to other people than waiting on people waited 15 minutes in half empty bar to be waited on. She looked at us and then kept talking to some guy for 15 minutes. Drink horrible was not poured right.

I’ve never had such a disastrous dining experience. I went with my sister and three nephews. We waited over an hour for our food, people who came in after us were being served before us. My Asian Chicken Salad was raw bagged coleslaw with chicken. It was terrible. Our waitress was great however. Two different managers stopped by to ask how our experience was, both apologized and gave us coupons for $ 5 off our next visit. The fine print on the back states that we can only use one coupon per table per visit-​We definitely won’t be going back to use one, let alone three more times to use all of them. So disappointed.

Definitely good food, good service through the entire meal. Will come back again for sure.
And for anyone that likes spinach artichoke dip or onion rings, come here.
Only real downside this time is the onion rings were a little over breaded.

Came here after the movies. If you want me to be honest, If you been to one Applebee’s, then you been to them all. For my meal, got the two for $ 20, which was the boneless chicken bites (had the buffalo and sweet&spicy, both were equally good), and the three cheese chicken penne (pretty good), also had the fries (have potential to them, but were brought out cold). Love the local school décor in there and yeah nothing much more to say but its a solid place (although i do prefer similar places Chili’s and Fridays) and actually helps you in the wallet department.

Wonton tacos are excellent with 4 limes.
Be sure to get ranch and marinara with the mozzarella sticks.
Nachos are nice sized and delicious with all the condiments.
Come after 10 on Friday for half off appetizers. After 9 on days — call.

There’s nothing too special to write about this restaurant. The service was good in general (other than the server dropping my knife on my pants when she was clearing the table) and nice and the food was tasty. I would rate this restaurant more of a 3.5 stars.
Ordered the following:
1) Crunchy Onion Rings
The onion rings was definitely crispy and well battered. It arrived on the table piping hot which is good.
2) Grilled Chicken with Cilantro Lime Glaze
The main course was above my expectations. This dish was on the restaurant’s summer menu. The chicken was juicy and tender — definitely worked well with the Mexican rice etc. I would definitely recommend this dish.
3) Napa Chicken and Portobellos
The chicken was a little dry and the dish overall was bland. I understand this is supposed to be under the 550 calories menu but a little bit more salt and pepper would have made the dish much better.
