Cute jewelry, all costume but still fun and unique, a few vintage inspired pieces. It’s a little pricey, but it is a tourist town. I can’t say the service was friendly, but it was competent.

Visions is our favorite artistic gift store in Napa Valley and we are locals who have been going there for several years. All of the items we have purchased have been one of a kind, artistic, very tasteful, reasonably priced and highly appreciated by the recipients. Many of our local friends shop there too. My wife and I do not think of this as a tourist shop but a tasteful, reasonably priced local gift shop with unique and mostly hand made gift items. We really like this little shop and will continue to make numerous purchases there. If you live locally, we recommend you check it out. Service has always been very courteous, friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had a terrible experience in this store. It’s mostly knick-knacks, and I won’t talk down about that. Heaven knows I love me a good knick-knack. We were browsing and had picked out several items we were planning to pick up either for ourselves or for friends and family. My wife held up her phone to snap a quick photo for a Foursquare check-in and the woman running the store practically screeched, «No photos!» punctuated with an exasperated, «Goodness!» as if to say, «Who does that?!» Well, we do. People on Foursquare do. People on Unilocal do. I’ve never had anyone try so hard to get me not to spend money in their store, but it worked.

On Thursday March 31, 2011 my friend, her Service Dog and I walked into the Visions of the Napa Valley Store. Immediately the store owner, Marilyn Edstrom told my friend, «If you want to bring that dog in the store you will have to pick it up.» We informed Ms. Edstrom that the dog was a Service Dog to which she replied that she didn’t care and the dog had to be carried. I informed her that she must allow the dog access and it did not have to be carried per the ADA laws. Ms. Edstrom nastily hollered, ‘Well what’s her problem that she needs a Service Dog?” To which I replied that Ms. Edstrom could not ask that question under the laws because it violated my friend’s right to medical privacy. Marilyn Edstrom then retorted, «I can’t ask her anything but I have to let her bring her dog into my store. Well, that’s just fine!» My friend and I recommend you NOT patronize this store. An attitude like Marilyn Edstrom showed to us is NOT acceptable behavior for able-bodied and disabled humans. SC

It’s nice to know that someone is still making money off tourists during the recessions! Mostly«made in China» merchandise which is severely over-priced. With all the beautiful shops in the valley, it is a real wonder to me that this place stays open! Extremely rude staff and tacky merchandise. Do yourself a favor and shop in St. Helena downtown instead.

A small store, but walls and tables full of nature themed fashion accessories. The owners do a great job of bringing in natural and earth-themed items, and it shows. The best store in Yountville. It is hidden away in a small plaza, but is worth discovering.

I love knick knacks and this place is full of it. Artwork, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, games, stuffed animals but mostly jewelry.
