Fox’s Pizza Den

Foxes pizza is definitely one of my favorites. The pizza is always perfect. I’ve tried lots of different pizza places but rarely do I find one that is as good.
In addition, the delivery guy knows the area really well which is great for trying to find our place that isn’t on the map. Wish we had a foxes in Virginia where I’m currently living!

Poor/​extremely rude customer service, Won’t honor their own coupons! Had a pool party, wanted to use a coupon for their Big Daddy pizza and order multiple pizzas (Note: no order limit on the coupon). I was met with one person who didn’t know if multiple coupons were able to be used (I told her the coupon had no printed limitations) and then I was passed to another young woman, who got downright snotty with me on the phone, saying that she could only accept one coupon per order, and she asked me if I had multiple coupons. I told her that I could print multiple coupons (online coupons) and then she flat out told me that she wasn’t making 4 Big Daddy pizzas, and that she wasn’t going to honor the coupon. When I asked her if she would rather turn away an order for 4 party-​sized pizzas by not honoring a coupon, and informed her that she would be giving someone a large order in Youngwood, she told me to «do whatever I thought I needed to do.» So, I called corporate to file my complaint. And shrimpo’s in town got a nice $ 80 order! It ends up that shrimpo’s had wonderful pizza, better than the party pizzas that we got last year from Fox’s. So, I’m glad that they got indignant with me. I found a new pizza place in Youngwood! If you are planning on placing a large order, spend a little extra $ and go somewhere else. And if you are looking for a place for just a single pizza — I would urge you to not patronize this place.
