Went there to get some items fixed on the recall list. I had asked about a diagnostic test being done and was told it was 100.00 with a 50.00 deductible. What she didnt say was you had to pay to have something fixed to get it. I was asked if I wanted car washed so I said yes but got there to pick up and car wasnt washed. Why bother asking if they werent going to do it in the first place. So was told my warranty didnt cover the ball joints and paid 126. total to have car looked at.75,000 miles and car is falling apart, what a joke, pieces of junk. Terrible customer service and the owner is a very unpleasant person. All the salespersons are concerned with is selling the car that’s been on the lot the longest and get very defensive when it comes to pricing information. After my lease is finished I will never EVER deal with this company again.

They have a nice scam going on. They will never tell you your trade-in value or price of the car you’re buying. They only tell you the monthly payment. Only when you get home do you realize you paid well above the KBB value and got nothing for your trade-in.

We have brought our Kia Sedona here twice in the last year for work still covered under on our soon to be expired warranty. Both times have been a great experience. The first time was for a noise coming from under the hood that ended up being a loose bracket for the a/c. They fixed it and they even replaced our wheel covers of which are covered under the warranty. We didn’t know this but the friendly staff told us they were and replaced them. Also, the back seatbelt that my kids use was locked up and they had to replace some sort of gear or something of which they did the same day as well. Pretty cool. Today, my wife took it there because our windshiled wiper motor went bad and something’s going on with the powersteering. They replaced the wiper motor and told her that they had to order the parts for the rack and pinion which is making the noise we hear. They were nice enough to tell her that when the parts are shipped in, she would need to drop the car off and come back to pick it up as the work will take several hours. Fifth star evades this review as both times we had an appointment for the work but ended waiting approx 2 – 3 hours anyway. I know a wait is expected but why make an appointment? Anyway, other than the wait issues, we have found something great in this dealership.
