Called to get a quote and Bryan was over the next day. Met him and seemed like a nice guy, told me how he will do this and that, and how great it will be. When it came time to come and do the job, he never showed. When I called him, he said he had a big project and will come next week. The following week, no Bryan. Texted and was told that he had a family emergancy. Another week go by, big rain, all my gutters overflowing, I texted Bryan, said he will be over on Monday. Lol, so it’s Monday and when I texted him. He said «who is this?», I replied, he never showed up or replied. :(
Wasted 6 weeks of following up, I guess back to drawing board to get some quotes.

The vendor contacted me to apologize for not getting back to me and with a reasonable explanation. He did show up the next day and completed the work thoroughly.

Bryan and his crew were referred to me by my neighbor. He did a bigger job for my neighbor’s house and it looked good. In December 2013, Bryan visited within a week and did an inspection and came back a week later with two of his guys and were there for about an hour (after a small snow storm a few days hit earlier) and resealed and replaced some parts. He noticed the dryer lint I was negligent in removing from the vent and did it for me. Good thing as we have had much more snow and melted snow/​rain in the past few weeks.
