Great service. Got an estimate up front and he was dead on with the price. He offered to pick up and deliver if needed, which worked great for me! So happy to have my family heirloom finally working again!

This very nice man works quickly and efficiently out of his home. I called and easily set up a time to drop off my Black Forest cuckoo clock. He gave me an estimate right there after a quick examination and within 36 hours had it repaired, oiled, and ready to go for the quoted price. He even guarantees his work. Friendly, quick service, and my clock works like new!

Honest and accurate clock repair by a charming Frenchman, Thierry Mathieu. He speaks excellent English and also apparently speaks the bizarre language of machines, as he has a real knack for fixing all sorts of clocks.
Now our clock works great, and we got in back in about two weeks. Our neighbor had used another clock shop and it took months, so I was impressed with the turn-​around and the quality of work.
He gave us a general estimate over the phone, and a more specific estimate in person once he looked at the clock. He can pick up and deliver, but we found the location easily. It’s like 5 minutes off of Route 30, in the Wrightsville/​Hellam area (west side of the Susquehanna) so it would be fairly convenient for eastern Lancaster County as well (Columbia, Marietta, Mountville, etc).
His rates were quite fair. We were able to pay with PayPal but not directly with a credit card, FYI.
He also buys and sells clocks, but the selection is not huge so if you are looking to buy a clock I would definitely call first before you make a trip.
