Shoreline Construction

We had no problems and no worries with Gary Woods and his company Shoreline Construction when they worked for us this past summer. We hired him to do a large renovation after damage from last winters’ weather. He also built a new bath, laundry room and mud room for us, among other things. He worked with our insurance adjuster. He fully explained our project while planning our job. He stayed in touch while the work was being done and brought it to a satisfying end that we felt was completed exactly as he said it would be. Also the people Gary had work on our house were great from Tami in the office to Adam, Jay, Cam and all the contractors. We would highly recommend Shoreline Const. We are grateful for a job very well done.

I am commencing my 4^th project with Shoreline Construction. Each project was completed as agreed, and any overages were communicated well in advance and were more than reasonable. Gary has a great ability to coordinate a ton of subs and get the work done in time. The finish work, what I am most concerned about, is terrific. The workmanship is second to none.
I found whenever I left a voicemail, I would be called back immediately. Sure, any large project (and mine were very large) there will be issues, but there is no better person to deal with these issues than Gary and Shoreline Construction. From the Code Enforcement to state inspectors, all seem to respect the work that Gary does.
I cannot recommend more highly.

My wife and I inquired about a property listing for construction of a new home. We met with Gary Woods and a realtor in early January to discuss plans to build a house in the spring. We were sitisfied with the pricing and were preapproved for more than enough money for the project. The plan was for us to meet in early spring to finalize plans. Gary and the realtor were breifly in contact at the end of April and planned to meet the second week of May. Gary did not show for the meeting, return phone call, text, or emails from the realtor. He also did not respond to any of our emails for messages.
We are very dissaltisfied with his lack of communication and feel that this is extreemly unprofessional. If Gary did not want to work with us or was to busy he should be CONSIDERATE enough to communicate that. At this point we would not be comfortable working with him. If this is how he treats potential customer what could happen mid way through a construcion project.
This inconsiderate treatment set us back weeks, as we would have started working with another builder.
We have since starting working with another builder. Be ware of Shoreline Construction and Gary Woods.
